I had an issue with the refund for quite some time and went back-and-forth with multiple agents via the virtual chat that is available and was reassured my issue was resolved on multiple occasions however I was never actually receiving any email correspondence confirming the information they were giving me so I followed back up with another agent named Kenneth via virtual chat and he reassured me that all of my past her transcripts reflect the information I gave him on behalf of the refund I was expecting And was delayed and reassured me in the most polite ways possible that due to the amount of workload and such there was some sort of delay and that was the reason I was not receiving my refund but his overall customer service expertise on behalf of handling my said frustration was very good, reassuring and he made it and turned it around from a frustrating experience to one that was resolved in a very professional manner. Thank you Kenneth! ASOS needs more like you on there customer service team!

You’re an asset to ASOS!Feedback to ASOS: please avoid Yodel as a delivery courier at all costs!!! They’re dishonest and deceive customers. They are the worst delivery companies to be known to mankind. And that isn’t even an exaggeration… they are one of the top ranked worst delivery companies. They have many bad reviews online (just search it up) and a few News outlet have reported them to be awful and one of the worst too. How they are still running, I have no clue. But please listen to your customers or you’ll end up losing them.. I’m a long-term, regular ASOS customer and I don’t mind paying extra for better delivery companies if that’s what it takes.
