I was unable to give review of my most recent purchase as there was nowhere to write it and your e-mail address did not give answers.However, the 2 pairs of chinos were received promptly, were comfortable and a good fit. They were also a good price so Well Done!!

I am a bit of a fan of Cotton Traders and do not share some of the negative views of some people on this site. I have found their products to be of good quality and have never experienced undue delays in receiving orders or in orders being unfulfilled.Yes, their prices are a bit on the high side but by using their special offer coupons and visiting their discount outlets reasonable value can be had. Nevertheless with an increasingly price conscious the company would be well to heed peoples perceptions - or they will be joining the likes of BHS in oblivion.I work close to a store and have not yet had to pay the ridiculously high delivery/return charges. I do think the company is trying to mug the public in charging for delivery for low value orders to be collected from their stores. I for one will not pay and will buy elsewhere. At a time when the internet is increasingly affecting how we shop, and it will not be long before a company will sink or swim on the quality of it online sales site, I must say I find ordering from Cotton Traders online to be a very frustrating business. I recently gave up and telephoned my order in.My biggest gripe with Cotton Traders is the size range they offer. I would really like to purchase more of their products - but I cannot because of their phobia of small men.I am small (30" waist, 36 chest and 27" inside leg) but not a dwarf. Most of the mens range is simply not available to me. I do better with the unisex range (thank you smaller ladies). I raised the point with the company but needless to say I did not receive a reply.In short I think Cotton Traders is a good company... but really does need to buck its ideas up.

6/01/2018 I have changed my rating from one star to three now that Cotton Traders have resent my pants (they arrived yesterday, now correctly sized). They only took a week after their reply below to redispatch the order which is acceptable as it included Xmas Day. The quality of the pants is good however, their methods of communication are atrocious. The Help page they refer to below has been blank for the last two weeks so I could not find out if they had actually redispatched the order and even when the Help page was working before Xmas they did not reply to an email I sent them. The only communication channel has been through this website. My order (0212580290) of 2 trousers arrived one week ago (Weds 13 December Brisbane time). I sent Cotton Traders an email the following day (about 4.00 pm Brisbane time, ie 6.00 am Thursday UK time) about the defective manufacturing of the pants. As I still hadn't had a reply (4 days later), I even called the company but an automated service said that the Customer Service Centre system was down and to call back later! Given the lack of simple access to the company I have decided to write this review in the hope of getting a reply. The problem is that the trousers that arrived are tagged as a 40" waist, which is what I ordered, but the actual waist measurement is over 41". The inside leg measurement is correct at 31". What am I meant to do? An exchange for another 2 pairs of incorrectly made pants? If this issue is sorted out satisfactorily I will write another review here to adjust my rating.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Cotton Traders on-line shop, This part of the transaction went well and was easy to navigate the website and pay all I needed to do was to sit back and wait for delivery. On Thursday I checked the tracking number and at 09:00 my Item was out for delivery with the the courier, at 15:55 tracking showed " we missed you, we will try again tomorrow", Utter bunkham! I waited in all day, and nobody called at my house, to deliver anything! Friday Checked tracking again and 13/07/2018 04:59 On its way to the courier. 18:00 called Cotton Traders help line as I have now wasted two days waiting goods that have not been delivered. The lady on the helpline was very sympathetic and stated that they would not be able to escalate my complaint until the following morning, choices were to wait until 20:00 hrs to see if the courier would deliver, escalate the complaint the next day (Saturday) or issue a full refund. I chose the latter. I am only making the complaint because their courier of choice has an appalling record, and had I realised in the first place that it was that particular courier I would not have proceeded with the order. It is a great shame that Cotton Traders is being let down by another company. In future when I use Cotton Traders I will use their local outlets, I will not use their on-line store again. But for delivery they would have 5 Stars.

Lovely coat. Like a duvet. Keeps wind and rain out. The only thing I don't like is that once zipped up the zip unzips from the bottom up and I have to keep closing it. Don't know if it's a fault or it's supposed to be like that.

Bought Two pairs of Men's jeans from you they were delivered quickly well wrapped and absolute excellent quality.This is the first time i have used Cotton Traders for menswear but I will be back many Thanks Peter

Purchase were great, but would prefer if you used Royal mail, as Hermes is far too slow!
