Active Cotton Traders Discount codes & Vouchers IE April 2024

I had done a search for the clothing item I wanted to order and Cotton Traders came up. Also I had an order code which I used to get a good discount. However when I placed the order, the amount due suddenly changed and the code changed (meaning I would be paying more than expected). I hadn't used any Cashback site either - so can only assume that it was down to the site. I contacted Cotton Traders to explain what had happened. Luckily I had a screen shot showing my order and the order code I had used, and that it had been accepted (always wise to take screen shots). I received a refund for the difference. Item has since arrived and it seems fine.

I found the site easy to use and product descriptions helpful and accurate.. It's also very convenient being able to track my parcels and know when to expect them. A very smooth operation.

I ordered a pair of walking shoes on line and I did need to phone and chase it, I haven't yet checked my phone bill but the call was answered promptly and I wasn't kept on the phone very long as the assistant was very helpful. I had the order delivered to store (free of charge -which is an option if you spend a set amount). When I went to collected my item from CT in Congresbury (inside Cadburys Garden Centre near Bristol) the order had got a little muddled but the in-store staff were superb. The customer service assistant, Maddie, was very friendly and helpful and the Team Leader, Jayne, instantly got on the phone for me and spoke with the customer care team. Jayne managed to turn a negative situation in to an absolute positive - to my immense satisfaction. I admit that the on-line service could be improved and a standard rate phone line would be better but I have shopped at many of the CT branches and really cannot fault the store staff. Particularly Jayne at Congresbury who is an asset to the company. I was extremely surprised to read the previous reviews on this site, I think the quality of CT products is very good and it is not unusual for companies to charge for returns unless the goods are faulty also the staff are never rude. I will most definitely continue to shop at Cotton Traders.

I have always found cotton traders efficient and good quality and have used them for many years. Before Christmas, I bought a lovely ceramic Santa night light which my son managed to smash...I was mortified. Even though it was after Christmas and all had been sold out, Cotton Traders managed to locate one for me and sent it free of charge. Over the years I have used this company many times and they always send items promptly and keep you informed of any delay. Have had no problem with the delivery company that they use - all local couriers.

The trousers are fine for the warmer weather which is what I wanted in a different colour. They washed and fitted well.

6/01/2018 I have changed my rating from one star to three now that Cotton Traders have resent my pants (they arrived yesterday, now correctly sized). They only took a week after their reply below to redispatch the order which is acceptable as it included Xmas Day. The quality of the pants is good however, their methods of communication are atrocious. The Help page they refer to below has been blank for the last two weeks so I could not find out if they had actually redispatched the order and even when the Help page was working before Xmas they did not reply to an email I sent them. The only communication channel has been through this website. My order (0212580290) of 2 trousers arrived one week ago (Weds 13 December Brisbane time). I sent Cotton Traders an email the following day (about 4.00 pm Brisbane time, ie 6.00 am Thursday UK time) about the defective manufacturing of the pants. As I still hadn't had a reply (4 days later), I even called the company but an automated service said that the Customer Service Centre system was down and to call back later! Given the lack of simple access to the company I have decided to write this review in the hope of getting a reply. The problem is that the trousers that arrived are tagged as a 40" waist, which is what I ordered, but the actual waist measurement is over 41". The inside leg measurement is correct at 31". What am I meant to do? An exchange for another 2 pairs of incorrectly made pants? If this issue is sorted out satisfactorily I will write another review here to adjust my rating.

Very good service. Nice easy website. The order came really quickly and the tops I ordered are just right. A good fit and lovely quality.
