Decathlon Free Shipping March 2023

I love decathlon products, the price and durability are good. But i wouldnt buy anything online if you need it urgent. I bought a bicicle as i work with it needed fast, payed 20 euro to delivery in 7 days. Its been 2 weeks and nothing of my bicicle and here i am without work and receive having spent 500euro in a biclicle on ballymount store. That really disapointed me couse i always bought in store.

I had seen all the bad reviews but still felt they deserved a fair shot. I liked what I saw products that were good value for money... here is my experience. First order was small, Van Rysel cycling clothing, great price and good quality, tracked via an post... no issues excellentSecond order was a little more sceptical as I had seen a Van Rysel EDR CF 940 bike, so I bit the bullet and ordered, 2 days from ordered to shipped and delivered on time, amazed at this bike, beyond all expectations, I had one or two questions for customer service and "Ian" was very timely and most helpful,...my only two suggestions to Decathlon is show a expected restock date or and email option when an item is back in stock, and also it would be great if Blogistics had a tracking option so I could see the progress of where my pride and joy was at any one time during delivery

Their stuff is great, bought it before. It's like the IKEA of sports stuff. Does the job, stylish enough, reasonably priced. Good value. The store in Ballymun looks amazing.I wanted a trampoline in time for my son's birthday. It was too late for a delivery so I did the 7 hour round trip from Clare. They were really good about reserving one of the two they had in stock for me. I paid for it on the day and they even helped me get the heavy box into the car.My problem was not that items were missing from the box (turns out I misinterpreted the diagrams in instructions) but...I could't get through to anyone on the store phone. When I emailed them they were prompt. They suggested I bring it back for a refund and when I explained the long drive and additional 50 euro for tolls and petrol they initially said they could send out replacement parts but it would take around 3 weeks to receive. I don't know what happened. As soon as I said 'yes fine, please send me the parts I am happy to wait for 3 weeks' they-offered me to buy another trampoline online-offered me 20euro on decathlon card etcWhen I said 'no thanks I'll just get the replacement parts please'. That's when they started sending back blank replies to every email... Update - they got back to me today and asked for specifics which I'd already sent but to be fair they seem like great people with just too much work to get through. Anyway, the customer service, will get back to you and they do listen but in my experience... I'd try to put all the info and photos in one email and don't assume that they will pick up on stuff further down in the thread. It shouldn't be like that but it kind of is. They are doing their best.They don't answer the phone in the shop you need to email via the website under customer services. Just keep going and if necessary paste the previous info into your reply...

I ordered 2 wetsuits for my children for holidays, ordered Monday, got delivery Wednesday which was excellent. However the suits were very small (ordered actual size should have went bigger!) and did not have time to reorder for delivery as we were heading away on the Friday. Called the store number and spoke to an extremely helpful guy called Courtney. He went into the store which I imagine was extremely busy, found me another suit in a larger size, held it by for me to collect and I just had to bring the online order over and swap it out! Really couldn't have asked for better service. Staff like this make people use businesses the staff make the experience!!!

Order finally arrived. Contacted Decathlon and got a reply next day. Customer service were helpful and polite. Happy order arrived at last. Thanks Decathlon.re: Bought from online shop over 2 weeks ago, order was shipped over 12 days ago, still no sign. tracking no. provided does not work / is not found. Have contacted Decathlon about my order, not feeling great about getting a useful response. Starting to regret buying from them. Will follow up if issue is resolved but for the moment not feeling great about the whole experience

Ordered a bike online for our eldest this Christmas - delivery from France took about 2 weeks which was perfect for us. The bike looks fantastic and could be superb value for the money we spent.Hopefully it rides well ! Will find out after 25th Dec

Ive seen so many negative reviews about this company and was hesitant on placing my order but thankfully I did. My experience was great, I was told it would take 8 working days for delivery and that suited. after placing the order I received the email confirmation and then the following day another email confirming the order had been shipped. on the 7th working day (yesterday i was getting itchy feet so emailed Decathon Irelands help team at 5:20pm to query the delivery. at 5:45pm I recieved a reply from a member (Stephanie) explaining the delivery should be arriving today. 11pm last night delivery notification email from an post came in to confirm delivery for today. 9am this morning the delivery arrived on time undamaged and exactly what I ordered, well done team Decathlon and thanks

Order was delivered very quickly. Items ordered were as described. Great value and great quality. Will definitely order from them again.

Just to be balanced. Unfortunately I suffered a partial delivery due to a picking error but the issue was dealt with very quickly by Ian in Decathlon. So not all bad and they were responsive and recovered the situation really well.
