I shipped a faulty watch to Garmin in Southampton onDec 6th using Hermes. After days of trying to track myparcel and Hermes saying it was lost i could not contact anyone to find out how to claim for the loss.Then miraculously it reappeared on tracking and said it had been delivered on 21st Dec.I did not believe this and contacted Garmin by phone to confirm they had received it.The guy i spoke to could not have been more helpful and said it would be most likely after Christmas before my faulty watch could be processed.Today 23rd Dec i received a brand new watch from Garmin delivered by UPS. Top marks to Garmin forthis and as a side line DO NOT USE HERMES. Youcan not contact anyone if you have a problem. Just automated phones taking you round in circles

Excellent customer service!
Excellent customer service! My Vivoactive 3 screen went faint out of the blue, contacted customer support who went through some troubleshooting but unfortunately didn’t work, arranged for me to send back the watch and have it replaced with a refurbished one! Very impressed, couldn’t have asked for more, much better than my previous experience with Apple support and will be sticking with Garmin for the foreseeable future, thank you very much!

Great service and product
My GPSMAP 7612 monitors for my boat had defective laminate. The touchscreens became difficult to use. Garmin warranty was easy to get ahold of. They replaced my monitors for free as warranty. They constantly stayed in contact with me through email and responded quickly to my questions. I had new monitors in a couple of weeks. I'm very happy overall with the performance of the monitors themselves. My first experience using their equipment and dealing with their service department has been a good one.

No issues so far!
I have a Garmin watch for 2 years now and I bought a new one a couple of weeks ago. On their website, it said that shipping was expected to take 5-8 weeks, but since I really liked the watch I went ahead and ordered it. I was very concerned after reading the reviews here and wondering if I did the right thing. At the end, the watch came in a week and I had no issues to connecting it to my phone. I'm very pleased so far!

Garmin striker 7 sv great fish finder useless as a chart plotter gps. Blank white screen no contour lines does not show makers or anything else. Bought another brand for around same price range nice mapping great unit wish i had not let it go with boat and got this garmin. Disappointing purchase and no way to even add maps. Come on Garmin that is terrible.

I have a Vivoactive 4 that just stopped working. After less than five minutes on the phone to customer support, they arranged a brand-new replacement, which arrived in under a week. Possibly the best customer service that I have ever dealt with - so different to Fitbit who I gave up with 18 months ago - a great decision!

Just love my Garmin,
Just love my Garmin,My son bought me one two years ago just before I had a heart attack, so running with it monitoring my heart rate was brilliant. Also I have never worn a watch for the last 50 years!!Was I devastated when the strap broke! But the UK guys were brilliant and I have my replacement Vivosport on my wrist as I write. I did really miss it. Well done guys.The only small issue I have is that getting gps sometimes takes a long time, so any help with that would be useful!
