Fantastic service

Contacted Garmin last week as the strap connection on the watch face of my Forerunner 645 snapped. I had an email reply the next working day with a shipping label. I sent it in & had a refurbished watch face returned to me by the end of the week. No charge at all. Very very impressed, thanks!

Surprised & Delighted

My 2.5 year old Garmin Vivoactive Music 3 developed a crack on the case where the strap mounts, such that the strap fell off and the watch was unrepairable. Given how much I'd used the device, and how well it had worked, I was prepared to buy another straight away. However, I went on the Garmin support website to look for a possible solution, and they asked me to return it for a refurbished replacement, completely free of charge! I now have the as-new replacement, complete with new strap, and couldn't be happier with the customer service.

Great experience

Garmin was great with helping me sort out my HRM-Dual reliability issues. I do not suggest emailing as that is a slow process however by calling on a Tuesday I was sorted out within 30 mins by Paul. Great experience and appreciate the quick support.

Faulty Garmin Watch - Excellent Service!

Not enough people praise a company when it has delivered exemplary service, so I just wanted to highlight a recent experience I had with Garmin. Last week, my beloved Garmin 735XT stopped holding a charge and kept turning itself off when unplugged. I emailed Garmin Product Support and they got back to me within the hour with a few tips to try in order to resolve it. It didn’t work, so they suggested I sent it back to them and they would issue a replacement – great! However the colour I had (pretty and girly!) wasn’t available until November and they only had black, was that ok? I said no, but I was happy to wait a few months for the correct colour. I sent my watch back to them in the meantime.Well today, just 7 days after my initial contact with them, I hold in my hands a brand-new replacement in the correct colour! They kept me informed and updated on every step of the process, from the initial complaint, through to receiving my old watch and issuing a new one. I seriously could not be more impressed with a company’s customer service and aftersales care so I just wanted to let you all know that if you have an issue with your Garmin they are FABULOUS to deal with and will go above and beyond to rectify the situation!

Garmin Etrex 30x rubber seal failure

Been using a Garmin handheld GPS Etrex 30x in my work for three years. The joystick rubber perished and fell apart. I contacted Garmin, was told they don't offer a replacement rubber? They offered another unit at a cost of £93.00. This really disappointed me. A great little unit let down by a small rubber probably costing a few pence and not able to be replaced? I wont be accepting their offer.

Happy customer, excellent customer service

So I had a hardware fault with my 4-month-old Garmin watch. Got onto the support forum and had a reply very quickly (thanks AmberD, you are awesome!). Reached out to Garmin Chat support to arrange warranty replacement for the defect on my watch - Rowan was just amazing, friendly and efficient, got me sorted with starting the warranty process, no fuss, no stress.Had a question after I received my warranty email to trigger the process from my end, hopped back onto chat and got Lauren - again, quick and friendly and my question was answered!Big thanks to the 3 of you for the superb customer service experience today! I've been using Garmin watches for many years, and after this experience, guaranteed to keep using them for many more. Hardware issues happen, and it's reassuring to know that if anything should happen that the Garmin team has my back and I'll have my issue resolved quickly and without hassle. Thank you!

I cannot express my gratitude to Garmin - I recently damaged a product rendering the unit inoperable - sounder valued $1700.I contacted the service department via email supplying photos - openly and honestly explaining my situation i.e I broke the unit - my fault. In my correspondence, I advised I wish to have the unit repaired and inquired as to cost.Garmin contacted me confirming the damage to the unit - gave advice on how to prevent similar issue in the future THEN!!!! of their own volition, upon the return of my broken unit - supplied me with a BRAND NEW UNIT (not a refurbished unit) - A BRAND NEW UNIT.Now, how can anyone ask for more than that??? This is my personal experience dealing with Garmin.Thankyou Garmin - you have absolutely earned my loyalty.One last thing - the unit operates superbly.

I bought a fenix 5 plus and after 60…

UpdateSending back the fenix for a second time for refurbished replacement unit. Lots of emails and files exchanged to get this far. Hopefully just my unit is faulty.OriginalI bought a fenix 5 plus and after 60 days it had to go back for a refurbished exchange. Not great not terrible. But the second unit turned out just as bad as the first and now I’m stuck with a £550 sports watch that looks nice and works from time to time. Having said that customer service have been pretty responsive although not really understanding what my problem is.
