Relieved to say it was PERFECT

After receiving a knockoff of my favourite Korean snail mucin off Amaz0n, I knew I had to find a different vendor. Feeling cautious due to the myriad of varying reviews here, I submitted my order. It arrived in under 2 weeks to Canada in perfect condition. Well packed. I compared my original bottle from Korea, the bottle from Amazon, and what I received from iherb : my new purchase has the same batch production formats and the same expiry I formation. It is the real stuff! I'm very happy, and I fully intend to purchase from iherb again. I also found the comprehensive reviews on their website very helpful. Thanks iherb team.

I was slightly hesitant about ordering…BUT

I was slightly hesitant about ordering from iHerb due to the number of negative reviews - but I'm glad I did & my experience was flawless. My main purpose for ordering was Snyder's Pretzels! :) which you can no longer get in the UK. Tracking was provided throughout & my parcel arrived a day before the estimated delivery window; my items were packaged well and arrived in excellent condition, everything was present and the expiry dates were generous. I'll definitely be ordering again. I was really impressed and, based on my experience, would recommend.

Amazing products, pricing and customer service!

So this was my first time buying from Iherb. I had a new acne treatment routine where i needed a bunch of different products, and they had them all. but this was not when i realized i would become a regular customer. See i live in Denmark (EU country), so to buy outside of the EU can be expensive (with taxes and stuff) but also a real hassle. And of course, i ran into some problems. As per the new rules with EU regulations, it becomes harder and more expensive to buy products outside of the EU. And my package was stopped due to a mistake from Iherb. I needed to pay Duties and Taxes a second time, even tho i had already payed that with my products, as it was included in the price. to make this long story short, i wrote to Iherb about my problem (extremely fast response through mail even with the time zone differences), and they issued a full refund on the extra Duties and Taxes immediately that i had to pay, to receive my package. I have now received my products and i am very happy with the experience. People that say they have had a bad experience are bots or lying to try and get their money back for no reason. I usually never write reviews, but this time i had to.

Love iHerb, loyal customer

I’m not sure why this site has any bad reviews. I seem to find everything I use including shampoo on here. Shipping is freaky fast and their customer service is great. I received a broken bottle of vitamins and they promptly sent me a replacement. Their prices are excellent too. The only negative thing I have to say is that their site can be glitchy sometimes. Occasionally I’ll add things to my cart but when I go to checkout nothing is there. Other than that this really is the only place I now order supplements and have been for years.After reading some of the reviews I wonder where some of the orders are being placed and shipped to. I live in the US and get my orders within a few days. This last time it was only two. I have never had an issue with shipping or lost orders. I’ve also only experienced good things with customer service so again Im surprised to see bad reviews, I’ve had a completely different experience.

Great selection of supplements. Free delivery if you spend $xx dollars. My order was only $10 but shipping was $20 and it took 6 days. Avoid unless you order enough to get free shipping and you don't mind the wait.

I recommend iherb

I've been a customer since many years. Valuable products and many brands to choose from. I've done hundreds of orders and only once I got the wrong product and then was credited for it (although I must admit I had to argue with customer service a bit first). With DHL express I get delivery from US to Sweden in two days. Will continue order from iherb for sure.
