Good experience and fast delivery. Had some trouble with my order and first when entering payment Im notified that some products are not avaliable to be sent to the post office. I shortly changed this so wasnt that big of a problem

I’ve purchased from IKEA online many times and never had issues with deliveries. Some items are poorly packaged but luckily nothing was damaged. However, they’re so ridiculous in every way possible making it impossible for customers (in USA) to even buy something without going through a hassle.1. Their “stock” counter on the website is inaccurate. If you try calling your nearest location to see if the item is in stock, they will put you on hold for ages. If you go there, believing the stock counter, then there’s a high chance that the item is actually out of stock. Then, if you mention it to an employee, they would just say "well, that's your fault for believing it. Don't believe everything you see online".2. They allow you to get items shipped directly to you, albeit an unnecessary extra $49-69 but they never have my nearest location for “pick up”. What’s up with that??? Also, that delivery cost is nearly the entire cost of a piece of furniture. I've had a 120" couch delivered to me at nothing extra and if I were to return it, it would only be $50. The delivery charges from IKEA are just too high especially when the furniture isn't even pre-built.3. You can put 15 items in your cart and half of them (even tiny items) would say “not available for shipping”. That means you have to cancel the entire order or go to your nearest IKEA to hope they sell the item.I’ve never experienced a website with such an irritating way of buying stuff with absolutely zero user-experience in mind. On top of the fact that some of the cabinets don’t have clear images of the interior and shelves. They just have images of the outside so you have to guess or go see the furniture in-person to get a better idea.

After placing a large order from kitchen planing I realized that I had to pay $219 delivery cost for each of the items that were out of stock as they become available and. That it when I had the pleasure to speak and be helped by Rebecca from the resolution team. She waved the delivery fee from my most recent purchase and left a note for her colleagues to wave the fee for all future purchases that would complete my kitchen order. Thank you so much Rebecca and all IKEA employees that have helped me so far. I cannot wait to put my kitchen to use.

I’ve shopped at IKEA several times since they opened a store in my city!I like the store in my city, it’s nice, large and the personnel is nice and friendly. Though, I missed a couple of items to put together a shelf I had purchased there and when I ordered replacement items from the site I never got any of them…

My online order was delivered just on the estimated delivery date. Brilliant service.

We recently purchased a sizable order online. Immediately received an email confirming the order and our chosen delivery date via email. We were also advised that we would receive a message the day before delivery confirming a delivery timeslot for the day of delivery. This was received.On the day of delivery, we received a further message giving us a 1-hour timeslot. Attached to this was tracking info that showed us exactly where the van was.The delivery turned up within the timeslot advised. The delivery men were polite and brought the packs into our house without issue. They took pictures to prove they had delivered and left. All items we ordered were delivered.

I purchased a foam mattress from IKEA’s website. I didn’t do any research and after is when I began to look up reviews (my brain is backwards, we get it). I got myself so worked up reading review after review of horrible experiences; people claiming that they never received their item, it never even went out for delivery, the wrong product came, etc. I was actually debating on cancelling and contacting customer service before I even gave them a chance, and to just take my money elsewhere and invest in another company, even if the prices could be a bit more expensive.I got a call two days prior to my delivery date stating that my mattress was shipped and being brought to a closer facility, and was told that it was going to be delivered on Sep. 1st. The next day, the day before my delivery, I got the same call, but this time it notified me of a time frame, which was that the mattress would be delivered anywhere from 11am-3pm. Today, I got the call from a delivery driver at about noon stating that they were roughly five minutes away. Sure enough, they were! Smooth, perfect delivery. They placed the mattress in my garage where I told them and that was that. And my mattress is comfortable (although it still needs time to fluff up all the way)!

I really like the design of your furniture. But your delivery is awful. The time of arrival of the goods to my home is different from the promised time.

Not too bad, Often buy from Ikea. worth for the price

I’ve just used truspilot to complain about a service from LV car insurance. It reminded me of how well I was treated a couple of months ago by IKEA. I’d come home with a damaged item, two instead of one of another item and charged twice for an item I’d only bought one of. I wrote to them (with photos and of receipts). I got back a very well expressed apology and money back. It was extremely impressive as so often IKEA is complained about for a variety of issues. I like the store very much but have had reservations on occasions - usually because I’m so tired by the time I’ve got round it - but I have to say that in this instance their customer service was second to none. So, well done the complaints department at IKEA! LV car insurance could learn a lot from you!

Visited IKEA Ballymun yesterday. Selected my items with the help of the wonderful Fiona in Children’s. Was offered delivery - which I took. 9am this morning all 12 packages have arrived. The delivery personnel were courteous and efficient and adhered to the company’s social distancing delivery promise. All round excellent service!
