I love their products but their customer service is trash I sent 8 emails within three days n got no reply even though shipment was handled to my satisfaction I was nervous I wouldn't get it in time for my trip n the not answering of my emails made me mad but they are blacked own n have good products so I will always support

I am reviewing the WAHALA 2 PALLETE.

I pains me to have to write this but besides the beautiful color and wide variety of colors. Once applied my eyeshadow was TOTALLY WORN OFF IN 1 HOUR. I dont know about the other ones I have about 10 more to try. I REALLY HOPE I HAVE A BETTER REVIEW COMING UP!

Would order again

Good support staff

Ok, so I ordered from them in September and my order came pretty fast-2 weeks or something (have in mind I leave in eastern Europe and sometimes it takes a while).The thing is when my order came it was not full. One of the pallets was missing. I wrote to their support staff (for which I heard awful things) and the lady was amazing. She was very helpful and nice(I did not feel like I'm being judged or as if im lying and she replied pretty fast)and apologized for the misunderstanding. Now I'm waiting for my missing item flying to me in first class, without paying anything.(the previous package was flying in economy) I will update when my order comes.I think they are definitely working on their support staff getting better.

3 orders no problems at all. Great products.

I had no problems at all. Have ordered 3 times got first order in 11 days but I ordered on weekend . Second order was 11-20 and I received yesterday 11-28 and I'm waiting for 3rd order that was placed 11-27. The foundation is full coverage like blank slate full coverage. But not cake. Truly love . Have ordered eye shadows and I'll update after I get them . Maybe everyone else's prob. Is Their packages getting stolen and not juvias place fault. Will continue to order. I ordered 2 palettes on sale and was charges sale price I think my 14.00 order was total 16.something with free shipping.for 2 paletes

Beautiful products but took a while to arrive

I placed an order on 31/10 and received my products on 21/11. I only read the other reviews after placing my order and I was fully expecting not to receive anything at all. Other people seem to have had appalling experiences with this company. Although the products took 3 weeks to arrive this was from the US to the U.K. so maybe understandable, particularly with Covid. The DHL tracking, however, showed the parcel wasn’t sent to them until 13/11, 13 days after I placed my order which seems a bit excessive. What I also didn’t realise was that I would have to pay customs vat (20% of the total spend, including postage) and an £8 admin fee imposed by Royal Mail. Saying that, it did still work out much cheaper than buying off a U.K. website as I bought in the sale. I contacted Juvia’s place a few times by email and the response was always polite and friendly, if not a little vague sometimes. I mentioned that on their website it says import tax etc was included on one page but that they then contradicted this on another webpage. Other companies might have offered to reimburse the tax as a gesture of goodwill but Juvia’s didn’t. So international buyers need to be aware that they’ll probably get charged by customs and, in the U.K., the Royal Mail will also take its cut.Anyway, the products were very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The eyeshadows are absolutely amazing, such beautiful colours and pigments. I’ve got another order on the way and I’m really hoping that it arrives soon and in such good condition. Reading the other reviews I wouldn’t want to rely on Juvia’s if I needed a refund. Although I love the products, it’s a bit of a pain ordering internationally and never being entirely sure if your order will arrive or in what condition. You also need to factor in the customs charges. In the future I think I’ll just wait for them to open stores in the U.K.UpdateThe second parcel arrived shortly after the first and was in very good condition. The products were beautiful. I did have to pay the import vat and Royal Mails fee again. Although I am really impressed by the products I’m too afraid to order direct from Juvias online again. Although Amazon UK charge a lot more at least you know that you’ll definitely get your order and that their customer service will step in, if you don’t. I wish Juvias could sort out their customer service reputation as it is obviously losing them a lot of business. I didn’t have a particularly bad experience with them but, as another reviewer said, perhaps I just got lucky.

customer service experience could be better

I recently placed an order for the chocolate bundle. I received the lipstick only but no eyeshadow palette. I immediately reached out to customer service via email. At first I got a response requesting photos of the package label and packing slip. I replied with the requested info but have not heard back in more than 3 days. I am very upset and disappointed that this is the customer service response to an issue. At the very least someone could reply and let me know they are looking into my issue. But to not hear anything and practically feel ghosted is inexcusable. I had a pending order that I have since requested to be cancelled. I am hesitant to purchase anything directly from them. It’s a shame that my experience had to come to this. My advice to anyone reading this review is order at your own risk.Update: I am updating this review since FINALLY hearing back from Customer service. After a couple days of this post someone emailed me back and promptly got my missing out in the mail. The item was received a few days later. I am happy that I got my item but it was still a frustrating response. I still say that the timeframe in which they reply isn’t great. I’m just glad someone finally addressed it.

First time buying from them

First time buying from them i bought 2 palletes on discount for a price of 25 i had no problems at all ud think there would be problems expecialy on such discount but no! It came well packaged ordered on 26th of october came on 12th on nowember eyeshadows are all unbroken. Very satisfied.

Fast shipping, good products.

After ordering, I was mortified after reading the reviews and was preparing to accept that my money would've been lost. However, after ordering I received a confirmation email quite quickly & a few days after a new email saying they dropped off the package to FedEx. Shipping was quick & I was updated accordingly and could follow the track & trace. Considering I ordered from The Netherlands I would've expected the package to take a while, but I received it within two weeks of ordering. The products were well-packaged to protect them. I've ordered three eyeshadow-palettes and a foundation. All the right palettes and the right shade as ordered. Products are lovely.

Not happy

I order from them all the time but this is the first time I have ever received an incorrect order and they have no customer service whatsoever. So from now on I want order off the website I’ll order from Ulta instead. Cause now I’m stuck with something I didn’t want

UPDATE: I RECEIVED MY ITEMS TODAY almost an entire month later with no shipping updates or valid tracking information. 2 more days would have made a month.By the time I opened the package i was no longer enthused.i was honestly just happy that my money did not go to waste . I will not be ordering fromTheir site again . If i decide to purchase new items from this brand it will only be through ulta . Products came as described. original post :I placed an order on September 4th for four items which i still have yet to receive even a tracking number for . I reached out about a week after my purchase and was ignored all the way until i opened a dispute with paypal . Today i woke up to an email from paypal with a response from them saying that the package was sent through dhl . When i type in the tracking number they sent it comes up as a nonexistent order . I am very disappointed mostly because this is a BLACK OWNED BUSINESS and I expected so much more and have been using their products ( which i bought at ulta ) for almost 2 years now . This And all the other reviews/nasty customer service is unacceptable and will push many supporters and customers away if they don't get it together. I really hope they get better at fixing these type of issues because I genuinely love the products.I will update when and if i even receive my order
