Jysk Black Friday April 2024

I am not a "reviews person", but thought it might be fair to describe my experience with JYSK garden furniture delivery. Ordered it online on 30.01.2021 without reading reviews on Trustpilot – only read reviews about products themselves on their site, most of which were good. After receiving only one small part of the order on 11.02 (I paid about £25 for home delivery to Yorkshire - average price per item was still cheaper than from other shops) started googling reviews and was horrified :-)) But decided not to panic and emailed JYSK immediately, not via web site form, but just answered their letter with the order invoice.Then called their Customer Service, couple of times my call was disconnected, but 3rd or 4th attempt was successful. Male member of staff (sounded Scandinavian to me :--) was very apologetic and polite and said he’d already read my email. All situation looked like some kind of misunderstanding with the delivery company, which he promised to sort out. Then I had a call same day from the Rhenus Home Delivery (their reviews are actually very good) – they were polite and apologetic too, and we agreed delivery of the rest items in several days. Before the first and second delivery I’ve been receiving texts, emails and calls from the delivery company confirming every stage, and final call this morning was just 30 minutes before their arrival.I was very surprised and pleased with the quality of rattan chairs – for £22 they look and feel perfect and comfortable, also made in Vietnam, not China!All in all, I can’t fault neither JYSK, nor Rhenus Logistics’ customer service – I was prepared to wait even longer than 2 weeks because of the price/ Covid /Brexit situation, but in the end everything worked out very well.

I can’t believe these people who are giving jysk such a low review .I have purchased a lot of soft furnishings and homeware products from jysk and the quality is fantastic . Maybe these people who are writing such low reviews want something for nothing May I thank the staff in Lancashire today for helping me with a product I bought. I have never had an issue with the staff or the quality of their goods

I went into the store to buy a lamp. Served by Josh who was very helpful. I am disabled and he was very kind. The lamp is great this was at the Bolton Shop

I visited Jysk last week just before the Tier 4 restrictions, I absolutely loved it and was all set to come back but I’m living over the border in Tier 3 so I can’t as yet , the things sold in the shop reminded me very much of IKEA the prices are low and there were some real bargains to be had, I’d recommend anyone to take a trip over when COVID permits we loved it ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Excellent! Received my order today and couldn’t be happier. Great products at great value. Very good delivery timescale (4 weeks) given the time we are in at the moment. People need patience. Will use again in the future. Thanks! :D

I don’t usually write reviews but feel the need after recently purchasing from JYSK. I debated on purchasing from JYSK due to the negative reviews on Trustpilot, I am glad I did, I purchased 4 garden chairs, excellent price, excellent quality, arrived when I was told - cannot expect a better product or service. Will definitely be using again.

Update 30-Jan-21: order received after numerous chase emails and messages. Rating updated since the order received in a good condition however considering the delivery timelines, surprised that even small parcels can take more than 2 weeks to deliver.Order not received even after 2 weeks of being dispatched. The DPD tracking shows they haven’t received the parcel and there is no response to my Emails. I would like a refund at the earliest now!!

Fabulous store at the Hunts Cross, Liverpool branch. The furniture is brilliant with a brilliant price. Also the staff are excellent. So friendly and pleasant. Well done jysk xx

After a horrible experience with IKEA -who took our money for a sofa then didn't deliver them and didn't even bother letting us know, then tried to contact them, all phones off and online chat off- we have ordered 2 sofas from YISK. The staff in chesterfield are outstanding, especially Andrew who is really helpful, they kept is informed about delivery, called 3 times to arrange it plus called the day before and on the day of delivery and tried to work around our busy life. When they arrived with the sofas the two guys were friendly and exceptionally helpful, unwrapping the sofas and carrying them up to the first floor. I can only recommend after a horrible experience with IKEA.
