There is a young lady in the customer service that I was able to observe helping several customers before me and she did an outstanding job. Lynn B was courteous, helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you, Lynn B you are, one of the very reasons I shop and come back to KOhls.

It is SOOOO easy in this day and age to complain, complain, and complain.Which, believe me, I totally understand. But when we customers have good experiences, it would be nice to see more positive reviews from them!Therefore, I want to focus on the EXCELLENT customer service my husband and I received from Shannon! She made she we got exactly what we were looking for and she loves her job! We wish we could see more professionalism from retail providers! Even if she could not get what we were looking for, we still would give the same review due to her service! Shannon- you are AWESOME!

I wish the Kohls at Yukon had not taken out the jewelry department. Since they put in the new cosmetic store the selection in clothing has gone down. I’ll probably go to a Kohl’s that doesn’t have the cosmetics it or just go somewhere else too buy clothes.

I ordered merchandise for my grandmother right after Christmas and you guys were very prompt at sending it out. Unfortunately, it got lost or something at the USPS facility near her home. I called your customer service about it and got it resent. Three days later it showed up on her front porch. I just wanted to thank you guys for making us a priority and sending it so quickly. You made my grandmother and I very happy.

RE: Kohl's.com: It is with some degree of sadness, and a great deal of disappointment that I feel it necessary to update my original review. Now, let me first say that I have ordered A TON from Kohl's over the past year. I am talking HUNDREDS of orders. In the past two weeks - on two separate occasions - I have received damaged sweaters with NO TAGS WHATSOEVER. The first reeked of cheap perfume. The second had clearly been washed, which was evident in the fact that it is pilled and is two inches shorter than the four other identical sweaters I own. Very aggravating, as were all the multiple times clothing came to me with the plastic security sensor still attached. Each time, having to be taken to the store for removal. I've been shorted items, have received the incorrect item on more than one occasion as well. Have not received items on several occasions - which I understand is really an issue with the carrier (except that TWICE large orders "died" after a shipping label was created.) In addition, recently I noticed a glaring price discrepancy, and when I called to have it fixed, the rep said there was nothing she could really do about it - but that she agreed that it looked wrong - and that for that reason she could fix it on "three" of the twenty-two items I had in my cart - but could not fix it on all (WTH???!). She said there was just too many (again, WTH?!) The last straw is....TONIGHT. I've been on the phone for over an hour and twenty-seven minutes, having to plead for a resolution. I have a shipment that was "Out for Delivery" on January 15th. It's now the evening of the 20th. The tracking shows an "EXCEPTION" occurred at 10:10 AM on the 15th, due to an "an incorrect address or label". The USPS timeline has shown "ALERT" - IN BRIGHT RED - since the 15th. It is now FIVE DAYS LATER WITH NO MOVEMENT. The offshore rep insists that since it does not say 'Delivered', that must mean it's still in transit - and get this, she says "Why don't you call back on the 26th?" (SIX DAYS FROM NOW!!!) To this IDIOTIC and rage-inducing statement, I demanded a supervisor. I was then kept on hold for an additional 30 minutes. I had to hang up and call them back, STARTING OVER!!! I am still on hold.Dear Kohl's: It's been a bittersweet ride. I used to PRAISE the customer service received. I shop there all the time. Loved the Kohl's Cash, Rewards, and sales. I expect to run into problems periodically. It's never fun, but stuff happens. I also expect that when problems arise, they be dealt with LOGICALLY and without putting the customer through additional unnecessary upset. About NINETY-SIX or NINETY-SEVEN PERCENT of the time, my orders are fine. I especially like when they are shipped from a warehouse and thus without ever having been tried on or worn. Alas, right now I'm feeling that you do not appreciate the regular business I've given you over the years. Clearly you don't understand that the greatly increased hold times (presumably due to reduced staffing after the holidays), combined with attempts to delay resolution, are maddening. If your message is "We don't care", I HEAR YOU. And for this reason, once I've received any outstanding shipments, and have purchased enough Tek Gear sweatshirts to last me a lifetime, I will try giving some business to LL Bean and Nordstrom's (the only two department stores my husband will shop at, for exactly this reason). He insists that their Customer Service is so stellar that it should be a "no-brainer" to spend the extra money and get better service. I'm a sales-shopper though. LL Bean is not known for their sales, just as Nordstrom is not known for their deals. And I do really love most of the items I've purchased from Kohl's. ERGH. Please train Customer Service on how to better research and handle issues methodically, and with COMMON SENSE. While there are many excellent Kohl's CS reps, the ones that are NOT are REALLY, REALLY NOT.Updated to three stars. The three stars are for all that goes "right", Again, orders are predominantly without issue. It's just that when something DOES go wrong, far too often it's been anywhere from "very frustrating" to "downright infuriating" when seeking a resolution. Hard to reconcile.

I generally like shopping there, i go to the jericho location, but lately havent been able to find anything i like. Theyre very good about returns though and always have some kind of deal going. Hopefully the holiday season has better outfits.

I have been shopping with Kohls since about '06. I'm a picky shopper but far from being a "Ka__n"...Say what you want about Kohl's stores, they're a bit overstocked for me, so I shop online! I have never, NOT received exactly what I've ordered when I shop online. The quality is pretty much what is eluded to, or described on the website. If I am unhappy with something it is most certainly my fault due to me not doing my homework on an item. I've never had any problems returning an item and have been treated with the utmost courtesy when doing so.Kohl's is great! Love 'em!

I really rarely write any reviews for anyone but one employee in Kohl’s Arnold store was amazed me with her being pleasant, nice , friendly, professional and helpful something I haven’t see for long time. Her name is Andrea. I arrived to the store very upset because my other was all screwed up and I needed my stuff ASAP because i was ready to go to my vacation in 3 days and i was worried if my stuff would arrive on time and she told me i will take care if you. She was on the phone for 45 min dealing with another of their customer service employee who was so hard to understand (English) but she got all my stuff done. I left the store with all my problems solved. She is such a nice lady. She deserves all the best. If I could I would give her 10 stars!!!Kind doesn’t cost dime!!!!

I purchased a pair of Sonoma Curvy Fit Jeans at Kohl’s because they had a great sale. The next day, I opened the bag the jeans were in and the jeans smelled terrible, I have never smelled anything like it, it was a strong chemical odor. I’d planned on returning them but I don’t believe the gentleman gave me my receipt because I can’t find it, and I keep all of my receipts together. Anyway, I kept the jeans and washed them to see if the odor would come out and the waistband is the only part of the jeans that I can lightly smell the odor. A second wash should do the trick. I have been buying jeans for years and this is the first time I’ve ever had this issue. The crazy part is, they are the best fitting jeans I’ve ever purchased. I want more, but WITHOUT THE CHEMICAL SMELL!!!

There is a young lady name Jessica in Amazon kiosk who truly goes beyond her jobs duties. I had trouble finding my return code and she helped me with such patience and so kind. Not only was she like that with me, she was like that with everyone. In these times that is exactly what we all need. Patience and kindness. I went back with my son and bought a couple of suits with my coupon. Win win. Kohl’s in Clifton the best! Thank You Jessica!!!

I have been shopping at Kohl's for years so I was really surprised to see all the negative reviews. Of course, I haven't had AMAZING experiences every. single. time. I shopped there, but overall the staff go above and beyond the call of duty to do their jobs well, be friendly, and provide amazing, (I mean out of this world) customer service. If I compare my experience shopping at Kohl's to other retail stores such as H&M, Express (staff are downright disrespectful and don't care about the customers), Macy's (you can never find someone to help you and when you do, they're already busy doing something else), and don't even get me started about Wal Mart- that's just a disaster, I mean I could go on and on. Even Target, the staff there always look tired and harried and they will help you, but grudgingly. At Kohl's it's like they smile and act friendly and like they actually enjoy their jobs. It might all be an act. But who cares? It's really, really nice to walk into a store and get greeted cheerily and have every staff member on board being helpful and friendly. Have some gratitude people. You had one bad experience, and you're going to rate the business with 1 star! Really?! Yeah, they might be a little overpriced which is why I gave them 4 stars, but other than that, the staff are doing an amazing thing there! Truly.
