Kohl's shopper for years…

I have shop at Kohl's for more years than i care to admit. And have found that the quality of the merchandise that i purchase and a typically the people at kohls try to do the right thing. I have been blessed to recently receive a job at Kohls seasonal help. I love this company more know than I ever have. So please be patient as most people during this time of year are just trying their best to assist everyone in a timely fashion.

Tricky to get items and at a good price

They have a great selection of items, but you have to play the sale pricing game. I attempted to order something online twice; the first order was cancelled for being out of stock, second all my items were received damaged because they shipped in a bag instead of a box.

Beware of prices in store and online

Please be aware that if you purchase in store buy one get one half off and then look at it when you get home and it's a cheaper price online, they will not adjust or refund you that difference in price or cost. They will tell you to go back to the store return it and order it online. This just seems really inconvenient to customers who have purchased a lot of items from this store and online. Sometimes you need an item immediately and don't have time to wait for it to be shipped but I guess that's just the customer's problem. No consideration for people buying things and keeping the store in business I guess. Also had a really hard time getting through to customer service to begin with.

We went to the Middletown Kohl’s…

We went to the Middletown Kohl’s specifically to purchase the Playtex nursing bra I love. Sadly, we quickly found out they are discontinuing in-person nursing bras but they will continue them online. We had driven 45 minutes so we were bummed, but then Anthony told us there might be some in clearance. A lovely employee who was already helping us (and forgive me that I don’t remember he flowing pretty name) escorted me to the clearance lingerie area. Not only did they have the exact bra I was looking for, in my size, but they had TWO and they were marked down to less than $6 each!!!!Normally two would close near $100. Thank you Middletown Kohls.

Today 2/20/21 I shopped at the Kohl’s store located at 3323 Corridor Marketplace, Laurel, MD. Amira was the cashier, who attended to me. Amira was helpful and very knowledgeable regarding the merchandise that’s sold. Her pleasantness/personality will go a long way as she has the greatest Customer Services skills. I would deem Amira a valuable employee. Thank You

I ordered merchandise for my grandmother right after Christmas and you guys were very prompt at sending it out. Unfortunately, it got lost or something at the USPS facility near her home. I called your customer service about it and got it resent. Three days later it showed up on her front porch. I just wanted to thank you guys for making us a priority and sending it so quickly. You made my grandmother and I very happy.

Have no problem with store

Have no problem with store. Have issue with the way they handle credit card payment. Pay on your card early even before receiving bill in mail they charged late fee. Double check your bills people especially with that high interest rate. Won’t be using there card any more
