I love Kohl's. Their amazing deals always get me the best prices.

I have been a Kohl's customer for years and never had problems with my bill or ordering online until this year. I ordered a Frozen 2 Olaf hooded bath towel 3 weeks ago. It still says it's in Louisville, KY. I won't be shopping at Kohl's like I used to.

I purchased a wallet from the ROYCE company at Kohls on-line. Upon receiving it, I was very happy with the quality and practicality of this purchase.

I normally really like Kohl's. That is why I gave this a 3 star but after Sstueday, I would rate you a 1 star for that days experience. I appreciate the coupons and Yes to rewards. The Kohl's cash is hit or miss as I do not live close to a Kohls so have to drive a ways to get to one and it doesn't make sense to drive that far just to use $10-20 of Kohl's cash. I was at a Kohls on Saturday to purchase a Kitchenaid stand mixer for a wedding present. I was going to use my coupon and my rewards......until I got up to the register and was told they were just told the other day that they can't use the coupon on kitchenaid anymore. The cashier tried it to be sure and nope, it wouldn't work. Well Kohl's, you just lost that sale and possibly others in the future. You have been my go to for shopping but now I will not always think of you for where I buy most of my stuff. I have to go out of my way to shop at your store and since you are limiting coupons more, I will take my business somewhere else. I had went out of my way to get that mixer at your store. I had ruined the surprise of the gift as you did not sell the mixer in the color the couple had registered for at a different store so I called to ask if they would mind it in a color similar and was told to go ahead and then they took it off their registry at the other store. Well, I ended up purchasing it at the store they had registered st and used their coupon and got more money off the sale price that you wouldn't do at your store. Wish I had just done that in the beginning and not tried to do more business with you. Then when I found something else that was allowed for my rewards dollars, of course the sale with the coupon and the rewards rang up so that the rewards were taken off first and the coupon discount next so that I received less off than had it been the other way around. You lost a big sale or at least bug in my opinion and also lost the loyalty of being my go to store. There are plenty of other stores out there offering coupons and deals and I will be looking at those more closely now.

There is a young lady in the customer service that I was able to observe helping several customers before me and she did an outstanding job. Lynn B was courteous, helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you, Lynn B you are, one of the very reasons I shop and come back to KOhls.

I went to the location near the Woodland mall in Kentwood Michigan, and received excellent service by Stephanie in the shoe department. Even though it was busy in the store.

I went to KOHL's on 11/12/21in Oviedo. When I went to pay for my items the cashier named Joyce was so professional, super helpful, friendly and pleasant to chat with. I wish there were much more people like her. Hope she is there when I return. Love the way she provides CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Joyce!

Really nice quality products with great sale prices, very good customer service and fast shipping

My husband is tall and has long arms. Not abnormally long, but too long for a normal large long sleeved shirt. Especially in flannel. I saw my neighbor standing outside and he had on a new flannel shirt and I asked him where he got it from. He is tall with very long arms too. He said Kohl's is the store his wife gets all of his clothes from. Well, two taps later on the computer and there it is. An entire world of Big and Tall clothes from long sleeved T-shirts to long legged flannel P.J.s. Kohl's carries many brands of big and tall so there is a huge selection. The website even has a sizing strategy so I was able to select the proper sizes. Long story short, everything I ordered fit as expected and was of good quality and workmanship. Everything has been washed many, many times and all are long armed or long legged as ordered. You can't beat free shipping either. I highly recommend this store online to everyone.

Went to Kohls to return an item to find out I had to go to the back of store. Jc penny does returns at registers. Anyway, the line was long! Waiting patiently, I observe a man doing the online pick up line. But then he disappeared and the two customer service ladies started taking those ppl first. Even though they arrived after all of us in line for returns. I asked to speak to mngr. She came and said she could see the problem but did nothing to correct it. So after waiting 25 minutes it was finally my turn. Customer service lady said she had radioed 2 times for help but was ignored. Other customer service woman was having computer issues and was holding up the line. I really love Kohls but this was very unacceptable!!!!! Instead of staying to shop, I was so turned off and left!! Went to jc penny. Get it together Kohls!!!!!
