Great communication, and high quality products for a good price.

I had never ordered with this company before and read mixed reviews but decided to give them a go. I ordered a processor, sdram and 2 pci-e ram cards. I received a message with the expected delivery date. Then I got a message from customer service that one of the pci-e cards was delayed by a few days and if I wanted to split the delivery. I told them that I didn't mind waiting and to keep the order together. Just before the date that the other card would have been in I got another message from customer service, telling me that there was a further delay with the pci-e card, again with the option of splitting the delivery. This time I took them up on the offer. The first shipment arrived with no hassle. I was able to track it all the way through DHL. I used the processor and sdram to put the computer together and everything works. This morning the second and last order arrived, 4 days after the first order. I'm very happy with the communication of this company and will certainly use them again.

Non existent customer support

I bought a 600 euros phone and for one day the order showed as on hold. I wrote them an email to see why, no answer.The shipment took 5 days to get out for delivery and although the delivery address was my office, first day it said no one was there (really, in an office no one was there), they didn't even ring (not komplett problem) but I sent them another email, and of course no answer.At the end I had to ring them and after 30 minutes of listening to music that just darkened my mood more and more, I got to speak to someone in The Netherlands.DHL, delivered the next day.In brief, their support for Ireland doesn't exist, their web is full of "oooops, the page couldn't be found" errors, it was the first time I bought from them and to be honest I don't think I will by again as for me having a good customer service is critical and theirs is really bad.

A good experience with Komplett

I was looking to buy a gaming pc for a while now, and i came across Komplett.ie and i am glad i did. With Brexit it was really hard to get anything to Ireland as we had to pay import charges. So i gave Komplett an email in relation to the PC i wanted, i got a replay back off Peter, and if it wasn't for his help i don't think i would have been brave enough to make the purchase, any questions i had he answered. I ended up ordering the PC and it arrived in under a week, with all tracking info and times. I had a really good experience and would definitely order again.

I've ordered an i7 9700k cpu, on the website its saying 3-4 days delivery to Ireland but it arrived in 14 days from Netherlands ( I blame DHL/FASTWAY) everything else was fine!

Bought a Smartphone recently

Bought a Smartphone recently, arrived by DHL very efficient and fast delivery. The phone was discounted by €90 and was competitively priced. It was €108 cheaper than Amazon for exactly the same model. The phone did come with a two prong European plug socket but they did include an adapter for that. One little note is that there was no English language instruction booklet included, but a quick search online remedied that.I've bought various items from Komplett.ie over the years and was always satisfied with the service.I've never had recourse to interact with their customer service so cant comment on that.Overall their site is well laid out and easy to use.

Fast and cheap

I was looking for a gaming monitor for quite some time now, since i have LG which is almost 10y old. Was looking for few web stores but no one can compare with Komplett.ie. I ordered my monitor on Saturday around 5pm, and got an email around 10pm that is invoice and that should come on Wednesday. I was very skeptic about that since i had bad experience with one of the online shops and i checked reviews which were mixed. But on Wednesday it was here I think that some of prize must go to DHL aswell. Thank you. Monitor is working great, got everything i need!
