Amazing customer service

I used their website for the first time yesterday and placed an order for almost $500. I realized right after I placed the order that I forgot to use my new customer 15% off offer. I did not expect them to honor this since it was my mistake, but I messaged them on the chat via their website. They asked me for the coupon code & applied it to my order for $73 off! I am so shocked they did this, most companies would say sorry & you can use it next time.Agent I spoke with was super sweet and efficient. They won me over with this great customer service. My 10 items shipped within the same day of ordering as well.

Great website, great company. I've ordered a few dresses from this place and they seem to be pretty well-made and they're decently priced (for when you are just looking for a new dress for an event; otherwise, it can be pricey to primarily source your wardrobe from them!). I pay attention to details and stitching, and everything seems to be in good order and good quality, and they have an amazing variety of dresses and other clothes. I'm really looking forward to future purchases. My only issue is that the Lulus app is a little glitchy, but it doesn't really affect my overall view of things. Thanks for giving me some pretty dresses!

Shipping issues

Ordered something that was supposed to be shipped to Canada. I could see the tracking being sent back and forth to three distribution centers; Philadelphia, Easton, and Lehigh Valley. Then my order was sent back to Lulus and was contacted. At first I wanted it reshipped but was told that I had to pay for shipping again. Why are you making me pay for shipping when it was clearly not my fault? So I cancelled the order and lost money on shipment. I'm still waiting for confirmation of a refund! I don't think I'll order from this site again.Update: Had to go through Paypal resolution center to get my refundUpdate after Lulu's response: They left a long voicemail on my phone with an apology and an offer of a 20%discount which I already had with my order that I cancelled. It's nice that they do look through reviews and want to do better but kind of a little too late when it came to customer service regarding shipping. Should've offered from the beginning instead of after a complaint was made.
