Mango Black Friday April 2024

I ordered a coat from mango less than a month ago and was super worried about the return process if it didn't fit. It was only after I ordered it that I saw all the bad reviews here. I spent hours freaking out about it. My coat arrived exactly a week after I ordered it (which I considered great since it's from Spain). Unfortunately it did not fit as it was about double the size it said it was online (I'm XS, coat was easily a M-L). What sucks is that returns are not free if you go through the post office. You need to buy a return label. However, it does say on the refund section of the site that you may need to do this. Just a bit misleading. All said and done, I returned it, and in less than a week from sending it to the post office, I got my refund. Super happy it went well, even dispite paying $15 to return it. Also, customer service seems like a bot. I was also iffy about DHL but I got all the delivery notifications, the coat came intact, and it came fast. Hope this can ease any of your minds if you're worried like I was.

Not sure why the Mango site has such negative reviews. I recently purchased 4 items (a variety of shirts and a skirt) all of them were on the sale section and I thought I got a pretty good deal for the amount of clothes I had received. I made an account to place an order and didn't realized that they had automatically put in my address as my set shipping information. (I have a different shipping and delivery address location, as my shipping location is to my mailroom) It was my fault for not double checking before submitting my order, but I had contacted them in hopes to update my address the minute after my order was placed. They had an option in the 'contact us' page listed as "address change" and since I had just placed the order I didn't think it was that big of deal. I got a response a couple days later saying that they were unable to update/change my address as the order was already processed. Though I couldn't get my request through the people that responded back to my emails were fairly responsive and pretty nice about it. (The main reason I took a star was because of the inability to "edit" my order once being placed) The items I received were AMAZING quality. As it was my first time ordering from their site, I put in my sizing information and purchased the sizing based on each clothing item as they recommended a different size for different styles of clothes. They all fit like a glove and the quality of each item was great. The only down side I would say is the amount of effort you have to put into washing the clothes. Each of the clothes I had ordered had a variety of different ways of washing them, where some required dry cleaning and while others required the clothes to be hand-washed. (Not sure how many people handwash their clothes nowadays but...I honestly don't have the time to) Overall the clothing itself is good quality for the amount I had paid for (since mine were on sale)

JUST BE PATIENT. Placed my order on 11/30, received it 12/30 - so 4 weeks to make it internationally shipped, land in CA and travel to my house on the east coast, during the Christmas delivery gridlock. The delivery time is not ParisMangos fault. The products are cute, super soft, and seem to be good quality given the price. Im detracting one star because I didn't get a reply to one customer service email, but I received exactly what I ordered, so its a non-issue. I highly recommend accepting the option to track your order, Americans just be aware that it isn't going to update with anything until it hits the USA. Now that I've received my order, and understand the wait time, I would order from them again.

Items purchased delivered in a specified time frame, good quality clothes for a good price. I have been Mango customer for quite a few years and never bad experience; I'm actually very surprised by the amount of negative feedback. Perhaps her in UK service is better than in other countries.

Went to the store to get them. I decided I didn't want them and while I was at the store I wanted to return them. THEY DID NOT ACCEPT THE CLOTHES THAT I HAD JUST RECEIVED. They don't respond to email !!Nothing to say what the material was so you have to take your chances when ordering i went online and did investigation and i found this help which is NINE ONE NINE⁹³⁹⁻²⁵⁴⁴i was able to contact them this time finally they sent me the return and refund on my order after long stuggleLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is just another pop up website that uses stolen pictures and sells knock off dresses from this company I will be ordering from them

Clothes were great quality but the postage was a pain.Happy for the most part though, thanks guys!
