Three stars because they use Hermes as there delivery couriers, when most people spend over £80 we’d prefer a more secure delivery method, I asked for my items to be delivered to a Hermes inpost locker they completely disregarded the request and delivered to a neighbour, Hermes are notorious for missing parcels/leaving them just anywhere without you requesting it. DPD or yodel have much better processes secure and signed for, you can contact the driver, has a human customer service line etc, the quality of the clothes seem fine I ordered outside of a sale so it is expensive but I’d say for the quality it decent, very fashionable and on trend!

Everything was perfect

The dress I ordered was perfect everything was fine no complaints. The jumper I order though had make up stain on it and the stitching wasn’t properly done. Customer service eventually got back to me and said they are investigating the issue so not sure what the outcome will be yet. The customer service team are polite and seem helpful but time will tell. Not sure if I’ll order again based on the faultiness of the item and other people’s experiences.

I am giving my recent order five stars. It was like each piece of clothing was made exactly for my body. The fit is EXCELLENT. And I couldn't be more pleased with the style. Thanks for making such quality and stylish clothing! ❤

Overall a very nice experience and my order arrived within the promised time, the clothes are nice and high quality, but the trousers had a hole in them after one wear so I got offered a giftcard or a replacement.Thank you Emma for the nice service ☺️

My 1st time ordering was pretty easy. Unfortunately, the sizes are a little weird. Ordered my proper EU size. Pants were a bit big & the top was a bit too small. I had to cut off a lot of unattached threading as well. Also I ordered 3 sets of clothing & only received 1 set. It wasn’t until I contacted them, that I was told my other items would not be sent because they were sold out. Not sure if I’d shop here again.

On the 24TH November I made an order 3 times and it was all separate. I received 2 orders( 1271236 , 1274167)and there were tracking numbers which I was really happy about. The other order number (1271464) I did not receive anything and they told me to wait 5 working days by email when I contacted them. 5 working days went by , I still did not receive my order which I was patient about , due to the fact that it is a busy company. I reached out to their Instagram and Katie kindly advised me just to wait 3-5 working days and she mentioned they are experiencing problems with tracking numbers. I then received an email about one of my other orders which I received 1274167, they said I need to fill in the form. I replied back instantly and said I received that order so I can’t dispute it. I haven’t received this order 1271464. I was so scared and nervous because I already spoke to Katie. I messaged the Instagram and Shea got back to me. I explained the situation with screenshots. She kindly refunded me the delivery charges I paid and did next day delivery. I received my item yesterday and I’m really really happy with the quality. I am a loyal customer and I always have been purchasing so much. I was so confused why it was taking so long but then it was a sale at the time so it’s understandable. Shea gave me a new order number 1323994 which also gives the tracking number. Instead of 1271464 order number it was now 1323994. I can confirm they don’t scam anyone. If they take long, it’s due to the fact that they may been experiencing problems which are out of their control. I am very happy with maniere de voir and the service. Shanice was the customer service rep that helped me with my package. It is running late and she aided in the refund of the shipping fee I paid and opened a case with the courier to track my package. I know this must be standard procedure but Shanice was very polite and fast. I have ordered from MDV before too and I love the clothes. Great quality and fits! This has never happened before and I’m happy about how it was handled.

I have used Maniere De Voir quite alot for there clothing and it is really good quality aswell as reasonable priced. The customer service team are brilliant especially Jessica who dealt with my emails promptly and helped me to return items, i would highly recommend this company its now my go to brand.

Lovely items a mix of secy and street. Arrived in 3 days. Fit true to size I'm a busty 14 Nd fit perfectly. You can dress these pieces up or down. I've had lots of compliments would recommend to my friends. 10/10
