I was a little apprehensive ordering…

I was a little apprehensive ordering from this company as I’d never heard of them before, but since the dress I wanted was out of stock in the UK, I gave it a go. I am so pleased I did use them as everything from start to finish was a huge success. The ordering process was straight forward & delivery was free. The dress arrived within 5 days, in a large cardboard box, neatly hung in a suit bag. The dress was from Phase Eight & you could see by the quality & labelling that it was an original. The dress itself was beautiful & fitted perfectly so I didn’t have to worry about returns. But having looked into it before ordering, there is a reasonable returns period. I wouldn’t hesitate in ordering from here again, service, comms, goods all spot on. Don’t be put off by bad reviews, this place is genuine.

I am always sceptical about customer reviews, be it holidays, shopping or the like. So it was with trepidation that I placed my order, and being in the UK and with the issues of Brexit etc hovering so near it was not without some concern.I knew nothing about the company, but I did know that the item I wanted to purchase was close to £60 below the price on the phase 8 website and the price in the closing down sale in Debenhams. It was certainly worth ignoring the many bad reviews, as I always do.Firstly, the ordering system was 100% efficient and so simple.Secondly, throughout processing of my order I was informed of my orders progress.Lastly, I was able follow the progress of my order as it was despatched and made its way to me. The fact that I ordered on Tuesday evening and the item arrived Friday afternoon with me being able to track the order at every step is my reason for awarding a 5 star rating.Will I be shopping with this company again....definitely!!

Extremely satisfied with my order. I was a bit worried because I had never ordered from them before but the package arrived very quickly, even around Black Friday, everything was well packaged and in perfect condition. I don't usualy write reviews. But, before buying from this shop, seeing it for the first time, I was sceptical as everyone. Because I have been scammed in the past, ordering from unknown online shops. So I went to read Trustpilot reviews and got a little affraid to place my order. But since I really wanted that Nike trench jacket, I said I'll give it a go. I ordered to Slovenia on Saturday and got my package on Friday the coming week (so, on the 5th working day). Which is great, I've been waiting for packages from France for a longer time... The item was carefully packaged and all is perfect. Just washed my jacket. So, my experience is good. And I wanted to share it, just because I saw so many negative reviews it made me doubtful and unsure if I should buy. I don't know how's with returning the items - some people say that's when they had issues,... but from my side, all good.

I think people who had bad experience ofcourse will write a review but people who had good experience won't take an effort to write a good review.I am very happy that i ordered here Sandro. I found this website on Google, I typed in the dress I had found on the Phase Eight website at £150 and found it on here for £79. I was so nervous about placing my order but thought what is the worst that can happen apart from maybe struggling to get a refund if the dress wasn't suitable However I did not need a refund, I ordered the dress on a Thursday and it arrived on Sunday by DPD.The communication throughout was great, I was told when it was dispatched and when it would arrive I am so pleased with my dress, it is beautiful and exactly the same as if I had purchased if from a shop.
