I ordered and after I read all these bad reviews I wanted to cancel my order. Well today I’m so happy I didn’t. It arrived in Cyprus in less than 15 days. Kindly note that here the delivery is terrible the orders through internet start delivering after a month. The order arrived very fast the products look amazing, the packaging and most of all the price is amazing. I can’t wait to start using them. Great service and amazing products. I received one slightly damaged product and they immediately sent out a replacement. Very cool, especially in these crazy quarantine times. Highly recommendable!!

This company is part of The Ordinary. What an amazing service! Not sure where the negatives are coming from as I receive an outstanding service. My items arrived very quickly and packaged well. The price was great too. I was given full tracking details and notifications throughout. Also Deciem have 360 day return service! Simply amazing!

I was impressed by their promptness.5 days later, on 1 July, my parcel was delivered to DECIEM. The following day, on 2 July, refunds for all of the items that I returned were issued. The return process was completely worry-free, and the swiftness with which I received my money back ensures that I will purchase from DECIEM again in the future.
