I ordered few things to belgium and shipping and delivery worked perfect. I got my order in two or three days.I must edit my review: I see so may 1 stars reaction - dear humans, if you can't use acids, ratinoids etc, if you have no clue what is it, and what reaction can it bring when you mix few of their products, don't buy it. First inform yourself, because Deciem, especially the ordinary gives us amazing products for low price.

I'm not a review-writer but felt I had to stick up for The Ordinary since its often only the bad reviews that get written and, by and large, my skin experience has been truly great. The store staff are helpful and informed, I love the Retinoids & VitC, and the Salysilic Acid has worked wonders on spots! Having said that, I am currently sitting with what feels like irritated sunburn all over my neck after applying Salysilic Acid last night. I have used this product for over a year and never experienced anything like this (perhaps I'm not usually so overzealous with the application) but Deciem would do well with an additional warning that the thinner skin on your neck doesn't withstand such a strong product well. My neck is incredibly itchy and bright red - thank goodness it's polo neck season! (In the spirit of full diclosure: in the past I have accidentally applied Salycilic around my eyes and woke up with them so swollen I could barely see, but this is advised against on the label so I take full responsibility and want to corroborate Deciem's warning!)I love The Ordinary and will continue to use their products - I merely wanted to provide some constructive feedback on their labelling!

I was a bit worried when I read all the reviews here, but I went on with the order anyway because I couldn't find the stuff I needed anywhere else. The package arrived 2 days after the initial promised date, with no issues. It contained an order full of Ordinary stuff, shipped to Belgium with no import fees. I'd say try it with a smaller order, see what your experience is and then you can always order more or never order again.

Items arrived early. No problem at all. I was a little worried after reading some bad reviews but i had no need to be. I ordered some of the ordinary products which im happy with. One broke me out but 1 out of 6 i bought isnt bad.

Update 25/2/21Yesterday I was announced that I will get a full refund of my order since I still haven't received my parcel.Despite the fact that I am very disappointed because I wanted to receive my order even later than the usual I have to admit that the people behind the company(emails and service) try to do their best in such difficult circumastances. And this is the reason that I will change my review from one star to three stars. I hope this make them be better at some point.****This is unbelievable. I put my order since the 18th of January. Order num.Dec-89583054. The truck number is stuck in Belgium since the 27th( it was supposed to be delivered in Greece). I already sent a lot of messages throught the site as they said and nobody respond at least to inform me. It's the first and the last time i order from you. The worst customer service ever.

The ordinary has changed my skincare game! I have always had mild acne, especially hormone related. Since using niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and 2% retinoid in squalane I feel like my skin has finally improved permanently. I have not had a break out in over a year. The pricing is great and the company is upfront and straightforward about what is in the products and how you should use them. My mom, my sister and my brother in law all use the products now. Of course, you will have the find the combination that is right for you- everyone is different. Thank you so much for making products that are straight forward, affordable and effective.

Since 3th of January, today I received my order in Greece (18th February)... thank you so much, but DO something with delays

The products themselves are fantastic, my skin has NEVER felt or looked so good. After only a couple of uses of the caffeine solution the bags under my eyes disappeared. My skin used to be so oily, within an hour of washing and cleansing my face was oily again, not now! I can go all day without that shiny tell tale sign of oil.The only issue I have is that Royal Mail ‘lost’ my parcel! It was eventually found and delivered and I get this isn’t a fault with The Abnormal Beauty Company BUT I contacted them with regards to the delay and it’s been two weeks now and I’ve not heard back! Luckily like I said the situation has now resolved but no thanks to the company themselves!

I ordered 5 items 9 days ago. Took them 7 days to ship to my local post office (I live in a small European country). The products were exactly as I had ordered them, everything looks ok. They were wrapped in this paper-like material to stop them from breaking / damaging. So far this is the best delivery and best packaging I have ever received.I cannot say anything for sure about the quality of the products yet, since I have only used them once. I tried Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% for oil / acne control and Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA for hydration. So far I can say there seemes to be less oil on my face and two pimples that had show up recently became visibly smaller and dryer the next morning. Also my face felt refreshed and hydrated but also light and smooth. I had no weird reaction to the products and the Niacinamide did not irritate my skin or cause any redness. I really hope that this keeps up and that the rest of the products give me just as good impressions.I will reply to this review later with further results. Fingers crossed---------------------------------------------------------------Update after almost 3 months of usage (with some context):My skin is combination (in summer more on the oily side). I have mild hormonal acne, whiteheads and blackheads. Occasionally I get cystic acne. I am not doing any treatment.My current skincare routine is like this:In the morning I cleanse and hydrate (natural moisturizing factors). Before going to bed I cleanse, use a toner and niacinamide. After that I use an eye serum for my crowfeet and hydrate (either natural moisturizing factors, or another hydrator with aloe vera). I do clay masks, once a week at most.I've been maintaining this routine religiously for the past 3 months ( thanks deciem for the motivation). Now I mostly have light scars, as well as the occasional hormonal pimple (which I honestly don't think these products are supposed to make disappear).The last time my skin looked this good, I was 16 (pre-acne era). I definitely think that maintaining a solid routine has a lot to do with it, but so does using these products.I've purchased some other products to replace the ones I am about to finish (toner and eye serum). Looking forward to them.

Surprisingly fabulous. I was struggling to get hold of a few The Ordinary products that I love and only Deciem had them in stock. I read the reviews and was so worried, but gave it a try anyway. It took 2 days for the stuff to arrive!! Really pleased! Phew, will shop here again.
