Ruggable Discount Code Influencer April 2024

I purchased a ruggable awhile ago. We have never been able to get the rug to lay flat or set it over the pad without the pad sticking out on at least one end. I wrote to customer service and sent requested pictures and even wrote down the exact measurements of both the pad and the rug. My rug pad is exactly the same length as my rug and 1 inch shorter width wide. I sent all this information along with pictures of the dimensions and received a response from customer service stating the rug pad could be up to 4 inches shorter than the rug! Obviously the customer service agent did not read my email or look at my rug/rugpad dimensions. My issue is my rug pad is not smaller than my rug! I can never get it to lay flat or not have the pad stick out! The customer service representative said if I had further questions to please ask. I would appreciate them answering my initial questions first. I tried calling ruggable and left my name and phone number on a voice mail as well as responded to the email again. Hopefully someone else will respond and give me true customer support. I would be happy to update my review if that occurs.I received another response from ruggable customer service shortly after writing this review. They will be sending me a new rug pad. That was the correct solution. Thank you ruggable!

I love Ruggable! The rugs are beautiful and they wash extremely well! Their customer service is excellent ( just had a recent issue which was resolved by David P. beautifully!) I thoroughly recommend this company and will order more rugs!

Great product. For those that have trouble telling colors & tones online like me, I would strongly suggest The Sample Program, it is so with it. The samples gave me the true color & pattern which made it easier for me to chose right. I am also in the exchange process for a different color & it is going smooth & simple. The other rug I kept is beautiful. I believe Ruggable Rugs are a good value for the price. I am planning on getting more:)

Have not yet received the rug I have ordered, but I wish to exchange it as wife wants a different design. Have emailed ruggable 4 days ago to try and do this but no response so far. Will keep you informed of my progress.

Like others, we have received an invoice for £82.78 from FedEx to cover Duty and Tax.We have emailed Ruggable and await their response.If we get a positive outcome, then we will update our review, but in the meantime they get 1-star from us.24 hours later…Have to say that we are hugely impressed with the speed and quality of the response from Ruggable. Having flagged the issue, we received a proper response yesterday, and now that we have provided copies of the FedEx issue Ruggable have confirmed that they have requested that FedEx reroute the invoice to them (Ruggable). We have suggested that Ruggable add something to their website to highlight this potential issue, along with an explanation as to how it can be resolved quickly.

I'm so happy to be able to have large rugs in the home again. My little rescue dog has accidents when she's excited, but I don't have to worry because it's easy to refresh our rugs. Even the 8x10 rug fits in our home washer easily. Customer service is pleasant and responds quickly to resolve any issues you may have with their products.

These rugs are amazing. I have 4 dogs and live in the country so we get dirty. If it weren’t for rug gables I wouldn’t get to have any rugs! They wash up really nice. Also the customer service is amazing!Sandy O.

I love the rugs (I have them in 3 different rooms) but customer service leaves lots to be desired. As others said that you can't call to speak with anyone. The last rug I purchased, I exchanged 2ce. I just didn't like the look. When I wanted to exchange the second time, I was told that I will get a refund for one of them and there will be a charge for the other. On 4/1/2021, I was told they received the rug and it was being inspected, considering I put it down and didn't like it and shipped it right back, no big deal and I totally understand. However, now I have 2 charges for 1 rug that I have and 13 days since I was supposed to get a refund and of coarse customer service is not getting back to me. side note: The pad is supposed to be a little smaller then the rug, that's how it's held down and it does hold down well. We have washed them and ours have not had any problems with the corners.

Overall, we LOVE our ruggables. We just bought the 3rd one and this is the first one we didn’t like. But they other two are awesome. I don’t think we will ever buy a regular rug again.

With 2 standard Aussies and 1 Border/Aussie and these rugs are ideal for our crazy household. We have had one for almost a year and my only issue is that the some edges curl and won’t lay flat. We also have only washed it two times per the instructions. While it can be work to attach the rug to the velcro mat it is still better than a standard rug. If it gets dirty all you have to do is wipe/scrub the spot and it looks like nothing happened. I have ordered a 2nd one to rotate in and decided to give the outdoor one a try. I’m hoping the edges don’t curl as bad as the standard one. All in all we are happy despite the minor issues.
