Received a faded pair of pants. Contacted customer service and they replaced it with abother faded pants not once but twice. Will think about buying another pair again

I have to say Alex has always responded to my emails right away. He really tries to make the customer happy. I do love figs and have spent thousands for my daughter and I. I have been told at work in absolutely the most fashionable nurse. Read other reviews. Even the lightest color can not be seen through. The material is top quality. Runs true to size and doesn't not shink during wash and dry. I will definitely be more on top of there new colors as I missed out on the hydrogreen for myself. Thank you Alex for responding so quickly.

For my twins birthday this year(43 YO) I bought each a Figs Snack Favorite. My daughter received Spicy Cajun Mix, my son, Cranberry Nut Mix and I bought myself Get-up-and-GO Pistachio Mix. They still talk about how much they enjoyed the nut mix I bought them. My only complaint was with my mix. It contained too much chocolate for an otherwise delicious mix of pistachios, dried cranberries, almonds, cashews and cherries.

I love FIGS!!!

Update 8/19/19: After I posted the below review, Figs customer service contacted me because they knew I was having trouble getting what I needed. They offered to set up a call so we could discuss the issue. We did and I spoke to Claire on Friday. I explained what the issue was, while she listened without interrupting, which I appreciated. She then explained what their internal issues are that prevented me from ordering as tax-exempt, but she did offer solutions to work around their limitations. I then told her that the most frustrating part of my experience is that the person I had been working with never offered any work-around solutions. It was all or nothing for her, even after I asked if there was someone else I could work with or if there was someone she could ask! Not offering solutions to basically an internal problem is awful customer service and Claire acknowledged this and apologized for it. Today, I was able to place my tax-free order after our phone conference on Friday, and so for that, I'm updating the review from 1 star to 4. They've earned back the business. (Posted 8/13/19) I've ordered FIGS before without an issue, but this time around was so different. Whatever changes they've made in the last year have not been good. I wanted to order 3 sets for a new doctor coming on board, and our organization is tax-exempt. As I said, I ordered last year, and they were able to accommodate the tax-exempt status without an issue. This time, I was told, repeatedly, that we needed to order a minimum of 10 sets in order to "qualify" for the tax-exempt status. That's not how this works. The government qualifies you as tax-exempt, not a random corporate company. I tried MULTIPLE times to have them explain to me how this makes sense, and I was simply given the same response that we needed to order at least 10 sets in order to get the tax exemption. I even gave them a past order that was tax-free that they could look at. They simply said they don't do that anymore and need to purchase at least 10 sets. Really?! It was so frustrating. Taking our business to Jaanuu. We've bought from them before as well, and their service was great.

learned about them through others in the medical industry, i decided to order a set to thank my father in law who works at davita in the front line who's treating COVID patents once a month as a thank you and encouragement. he really likes them and thought the fit is much better. they also are stretchy and much better quality. i'll get him another set for xmas! looks like they do some good work in giving back too. nice product and brand

Not sure why they have bad reviews but I guess it happens. But I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my FIGS scrubs!!! I will never order from a different company again. I love their scrubs they last long and never fade. I’m curvy but I wear size medium pants and xs top and they fit great and I get compliments all the time. I’m on my 7th pair and will be ordering more. I’ve never had any issues with the company or making exchanges. The only thing that stinks is that I tried to sign up for the ID.me to get discounts but they only recognize a handful of professionals. I’m a speech language pathologist in outpatient and it only allows school based speech language pathologists to sign up yet school based SLPs don’t wear scrubs. And another thing that’s annoying but only because I don’t have it, want it but can’t have it lol it their 2017 fleece jacket. I just wish they would bring it back the fleece jacket with the pocket on the sleeve all over Instagram. We I First found figs and ordered they only had one in large for men so I was a month or three too late. I email them frequently requesting for them to bring it back but always get the same generated response that they don’t have immediate plans to restock and have more jackets coming later

I wear Figs because I love FIGS. It is unique, special, comfortable and I feel FIGS has its own style. I love style.

Nice scrub, very long delivery times. The run small on tops but legs run long
