I bought an LG LTNC11131V fridge

I bought an LG LTNC11131V fridge. It was my first new appliance purchase ever, so I was pretty excited. The inside of the fridge door had a manufacturing defect and the local delivery service for the seller I bought it from damaged it while delivering the item. I am not at all happy with the seller and will not use them again (Canadian Appliance Source), but I am very impressed with LG.LG customer service was SUPERB!!! They attempted to repair the manufacturing defect, and and when that wasn't sufficient, they replaced the door. Both service visits were no charge. I am more than thrilled with LG service of their products.Meanwhile, the LG fridge has functioned perfectly since day one, so really only needed the door addressed -- which it was without hassle -- quickly and professionally. I am super happy with this LG product that suits my lifestyle so perfectly so I have also just purchased my new washer/dryer set from LG as well, which were in stock at a different retailer and will be delivered tomorrow!

Poor response

I'm a regular customer of LG products. I find their ACs to be good products. I bought one in 2017, one last year and one this year. The last two were with extended warranties with extra cost. I wanted to have tax invoice for that but not received - neither for last year nor for this year.LG's complaint system is awful, not convenient, their phone isn't received at all, mails don't get responded to and their dealer doesn't respond too. Very disgusting!

Excellent Service

This is the first LG mobile phone I have purchased and I was disappointed when the GPS went faulty (LG L5). I logged a fault online with LG Support and explained the problem, I received a call back and they arranged a courier to collect next working day. It was with LG for 7 days, the problem was resolved and delivered back to me. I was kept up date with the progress of the repair via text messages to a spare phone I was using. I read some awful comments on here but my experience was perfect and all included in the warranty.Very happy customer Thank you!

Microwave lmv2031st

The microwave clock does not stay on. LG added an energy efficient system so the clock turns off.???? How much electricity does the clock take?? I would not buy another LG microwave with this feature.Wish I could change the microwave for one where the clock stays on.

LG doesn’t stand by warranty

I bought an LG Headset appx. 4 months ago. I also bought an extended warranty plan. Just in case...(Bad decision in this case)4 months into owning this device, I had volumne issues on one side. Otherwise, it worked fine. I sent it in for warranty repair (still under a year..) They shipped it backed to me a week later saying Customer Abuse. Basically saying I did something to damage the device...This absolutely DID NOT happen. Lg sent me back a Picture of " the damage" and it was not any damage that was on the device I sent back them....!!! If I had truly done any damage to a product I would've never contacted them for warranty help... I am an electronics guy and Always take very good care of my stuff. They say I am no Longer under warranty because of Abuse. What a bunch of BS. They just dont want to stand by their warranty and some tech took a screwdriver to it when he received it to damage it.??I will never EVER by another LG product. DONE!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic monitor

I've owned this LG monitor of which was a low price 4 years ago for a 1080p monitor. It has served me very well, albeit it a TN panel and it's starting to show its slowly going but still has a lot of life in it. Setting it back as a backup and upgrading now. However I am impressed as this has outlasted a new TV that I had purchased 18 months back. LG have parts in a lot of HD TVs and possibly monitors across the range of brands and models. I believe that I may be getting an LG when it comes time to upgrade my TV.
