Qantas Two For One Sale March 2023

The flight and the crew vere good, flew Qantas twice early november.The food served was the worst i have experienced since my flights with East European compagnies before 1989.I have flewn with lots of Airlines, all have served better food.

My husband was sick on our flight to Sydney. The flight crew could not have been more helpful. Thank you crew of QF750 24.8.2017. I know now why we always fly Qantas

They flew very fast and got me to my destination exellently quickly. one grumble the food wasn't as good as on emirates.

Qantas care for Michelle's disabled son was extraordinary.We had the most fantastic service from Christen Chin CSM,Jason,Georgia,Darren on flights QF598 PER-BNE and BNE-PER.In this day and age where most people are so disability phobic,I applaud Qantas and their staff for their acceptance,professionalism and service.From Rod the PSA at Qantas Brisbane right through front desk checking in at Perth and a Brisbane Qantas staff have been absolutely amazing and so generous with their patience and time.The only complaint I have is that the Qantas system makes it so hard to congratulate staff.We were treated so well and so highly I will never forget their kindness.

Travelled Melbourne to NY return in Premium Economy. Nice small cabin and attentive staff. Seat was good, not great. Food was fine. A380 very quiet. Overall, for the price, very good (as we got the tickets during one of their sales).

I went on holiday to Australia to visit family which I do every 4 years or so. While I was there, my family and I flew with Qantas from Sydney to Brisbane and Melbourne. On our flight from Melbourne to Sydney, we were supposed to take an A330-200, which is a wide-body aircraft, point being, it seated a lot of people. We were waiting by the gate to board our flight when we got the dreaded announcement that maintenance found an issue, which was a valve in the nose gear, presumably to do with the breaks was faulty and had to be replaced. We waited while they tried to fix it and lo and behold they can't and they have to move the aircraft into the hangar. At this point we got an announcement saying that the flight was cancelled and we could go to the customer service desk and re-book our flights back to Sydney. We were also to keep our boarding passes as they were now worth $30 to use at any shop for food, which was nice since there were four of us so we got a nice meal and several drinks at a more up-market restaurant with amazing views of the tarmac. The customer service at Melbourne worked really hard to make sure everyone with a connection at Sydney got there first, including a family who were taking a cruise - I believe Qantas got them tickets on a separate airline to get them there in time. When we were re-booked we were on a 737 and managed to get seats together a few hours after our original flight was supposed to leave. I am aware that other people have reviewed Qantas as bad and having poor customer support but I think they just had an unlucky experience. People are also more inclined to complain about a bad time than praise a good one which is why websites that don't ask you to use TrustPilot tend to get bad reviews. The only reason I give Qantas a 4 out of 5 is that they are usually too expensive to fly international and our second flight got moved back half an hour and we weren't notified about it until I looked on the information board.

I would like to commend Kim Kerns who was a flight attendant on my recent trip from Sydney to Adelaide on Sunday, the 16th of July. Kim was personable, helpful and made a difference to my fight home. Recently flew to Australia and back to UK on one of Qantas' magnificent Airbus A380 Super Jumbos. The plane was so quiet and smooth we could have still been on the ground. On the upper deck the noises made by undercarriage and flap deployment cannot be heard at all. I can highly recommend the Qantas Premium Economy, the extra cost is worth every penny. All of the cabin staff were very professional and attentive. It's a very long flight but it was made bearable by Qantas and the A380.

4 stars because while the frequent flyer program is good, these fees for classic flight rewards are getting out of control.

Pretty expensive but good lounges.
