I find the quality of the clothes great but as a plus sized woman there isn’t a lot of variety at times. I do also find that they are sized quite small so I often have to go up a size or two.

Brilliant service, great items. A shame the lovely range of fabric bags they used to sell and the long necklaces are no longer sold. It was my fav reason to shop here! Please bring them back!Btw Loren is a great customer service assistant, helped me efficiently and quickly.

So ridiculous that you can’t change a postcode straight after placing your order. No company works that quickly that they can’t just amend the postcode before printing the label. There is no way it was dispatched because I got in touch with them straight away. I was told I can change it with yodel but I couldn’t do that either. So it’s basically being delivered to an address that doesn’t existAmending review- Courtney was helpful and arranged a refund and code to re order for next day which I have done

Slight issue with product ordered 6 weeks ago. Contacted customer service in which Cassie assisted me efficiently refunding the item without question. Also providing a free delivery code so I can re order. Great customer service to rectify a inconvenience.

Chat agent (Vonnie? Yvonne) provided extremely satisfying customer service. Problem was solved within perhaps 4 minutes whole I has been truing for weeks via email with ZERO response/feedback/help.

Since I posted the review below Newlook have been in contact and refunded the purchase cost. Because the original order still hasn’t been received, as at Saturday 6th November 2021, my wife reordered the exact same items and these have duly been delivered by DPD today Saturday 6th November 2021. I think Newlook have been let down by their other carrier, Hermes and because it proved impossible to communicate with a Newlook person rather than Newlook BOTS it led to frustration.The items purchased are all of a high quality and fit perfectly. I have changed this review to reflect this and the speed at which Newlook sorted things out. Will be ordering again in the future but will check who the carrier is.My wife Placed an online order with Newlook on Wednesday 27th October 2021, received a despatch email from them stating that the order would be delivered on Friday 29th October 2021.Then Received an email from their carrier, Hermes on Thursday 28th October 2021 stating that the order had been received by them but there would be a short delay in delivery, needless to say it’s now Wednesday 3rd November 2021 and order has not been delivered. Tracking information on Hermes has not been updated since Thursday 29th October 2021. Proved impossible to communicate directly with Newlook. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Brought a dress for me cousins wedding and have to say absolutely delighted with it. Can't wait for the weekend now as feel happy with my new buy love the quality and looks so much better when I put it on.
