Although the process to place a order was fast, there does not seem to be a cancellation option. I am a first time customer but after reading the negative reviews I would rather cancel the order. How do I get this canceled immediately?…UPDATE:Company contacted me and refunded me completely, changing to 5 stars for the customer service only.

Really impressed with this company, glasses arrived in good time even with Black Friday chaos! They were carefully wrapped with secure postage and the quality of them was beyond expectations, beautiful quality product. Highly recommend this company!

Ordered a pair of Oakley prescription glasses right at the end of October.I love how they look and I'm really happy with them. Only thing is that the right side, my eyelashes are too close to the glasses lease which is a little annoying. Not sure whether it's the glass lease that is a bit out of place because the frames are fine. Thought I'd share my experience of my purchase with the company.On the website it said the glasses are dispatched in 1-2 weeks time however with my order there was a delay. It would have been nice if they could have updated me that the manufacturer supplier was going to be a little delayed in sending them to Fashion Eyewear. I had to reach out and only then, they came back to me.I have to say that when I got an email last week that they were being shipped, it only took 2 days for them to arrive, which is great!The time from when I placed an order to having the glasses at my door took just under 5 weeks. I feel that it is quite a long time to wait to have the glasses fitted with the prescription and then delivered. Some of the competitors are more speedy such as Glasses Direct and the Superdrug opticians in that they can have the glasses ready in 2 weeksFashion eyewear offer great prices for some great branded glasses but I feel like they are taking too many orders to be able to operate a good service for their customers. For example, when it was Black Friday, they sent out so many emails on offers to get people to buy but with my own order at the same very time it had been 4 weeks waiting. If they are experiencing delay with their supplier, I think they need to have their own stock.Overall, I'm happy with my glasses and they look very classy. Supply issues are a big concern and it leads to unhappy customers. Delivery with Royal Mail once Fashion Eyewear is able to ship the glasses is very quick.

Fashion Eyewear are a funny company to buy from. My first experience was 5-star when my Rayban prescription glasses were a good price, follow up email from the optician and fast delivery. When I broke them (100%) my fault I went straight back to them. I was pleased that they still had the model in stock so I clicked the repeat order. I wasn’t asked for my prescription but I sent it in the next day. I was on Canadian time then so the email may have been a little after hours, but I assumed a repeat order would be the same. When they are delivered they came with plastic display lenses. This seemed odd. The issue came after she. I could not seem to get sense out of the company. When they finally understood my issue the lenses were delayed. I did not get an apology for the hassle. A couple of months later I received an emailing for feedback but requested anything less than 5 stars be sent to them to see what they could do (I’m paraphrasing). I did. A different customer service person again did not get my issue. When she did she told me that she would have a word but: ‘why was I raising this now’. YOUR COMPANY ASKED FOR FEEDBACK. In fact EVERY email you send generates an email to ask how my experience was. It’s mildly annoying but either they want feedback or they don’t. Did I get an apology or compensation for me having to spend time and post the glasses back because of their inadequate system. No. Nothing. A ‘sorry we messed up’ would have sufficed and would have stopped my having to rant. So - good, but need to understand how they communicate to customers and how their system works.

Responsive and compliant, serious seller !The purchase took place in July 2021, a pivotal period in terms of taxation between the EEC and England, and I actually had to pay the taxes later (and illegal charges on the tax thanks to the swindlers of Fedex, they are to be boycotted).The seller has since resolved this inconvenience by offering "taxes included" and partially compensated me for the damage. It is professional and at the service of the customer.
