Here’s my traumatic experience: Ordered their cardholder from official website. I was left with total shock and mental distress. Major flaws I found:- non of the sewing are straight ∥.- gaps between the threads are unequal.- the disastrous coloring of the edges are out of the way.- theres a small hole (break) on the edge. Etc, etc.It remains a mystery what kinds of low quality factory Loewe used, and how a high fashion brand like Loewe would have accepted such pathetic, ugly creature that looks like a fish burger from McDonald’s after a heavy rain. (And it costs £175, btw)Confusing exchange policies:Website shows products could be exchanged at stores, however, I was told by the store to contact the customer service instead.Waste of my time and travel cost.**Return policy should serve as a guarantee of satisfaction, instead of a backup plan for failure of scamming your once faithful customers.**-UPDATE-They replied to my email and gave me a cold, robotic, copy and paste ‘dear customer’ email. Didn’t even address any of my points! Wow.Here I quote from their email:“ The creation must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. ”I hope they consider that trashy made piece as ‘perfect condition’. No apology or whatsoever. Sounds almost like Donald Trump in fashion industry.Good luck for that.I’ll return this disgrace and you will get all 0 stars reviews at different site.-UPDATE-I left a comment on their Instagram and was disappeared. Reminds me of North Korea and how communism deals with the problems they created.-LAST UPDATE-Customer service from LOEWE SPAIN contacted me. The issue has been resolved.

Update: Loewe had contacted me today and the customer service agent I spoke to (Candela I believe) was absolutely wonderful to talk to, and having finally opened the package, it is absolutely beautiful and undamaged thank goodness. I really appreciated the contact and help she has given. I will leave the original review underneath as clear and consistent communications would have solved the issues i had.Original Review:I had given Loewe the benefit of the doubt initially, but this was truly the absolute worst and stressful shopping experience I've ever had.I ordered from the Loewe x Spirited Away collection PRD-00580625 and was told my package would arrive January 17th. The package delivered January 11th and was stated to be signed for, which would be impossible as me and my family were visiting family in another country! My 3000 dollar purchase was left unattended and presumed lost for a total of four days . I immediately called Loewe and showed them proof with my flight ticket that its impossible my package was signed for and they stated they would open a claim.I understood that this was no fault on loewe's part but the shipping. But after the initial email I was not contacted once, I emailed them two days later for updates and they did not respond. After having called both DHL and family to come to the house to search for the package it was found after 4 days thank goodness. I contacted Loewe once I found it and asked for a partial refund on at least the shipping expenses and awful experience I had, they still did not respond. On the 6th day of being left without a response I message them for any update and still nothing, and it was finally today after 9 days that they messaged me saying they won't do anything. To leave a customer stressed to fend for themselves for a lost package (while out of the country!!) without any response or help was completely unprofessional, especially for a luxury brand such as Loewe, and I severely hope they improve in the future.

The most wonderful experience! For the past month I had been looking for the short bag straps which was sold out every where! Thank god for Paolina from the customer service team who has been an angel worked so hard and got hold of them for me! I live in the Netherlands there aren’t any Loewe stores near me, so there was no chance I would of gotten it with the help of The wonderful Paolina! She allocated the straps and I was able to purchase them from the Munich store, where Vivi the sales assistant helped me so kindly through her name was also able to get the so sought after Spirted away cardholder! I am so over the moon that I was able to get it! It was sold out everywhere immediately after it was launched! So I just want to say a huge thank you to Paolina , Vivi, and the whole customer service team for a wonderful experience! Loyal fan of Loewe

We love/d the Loewe brand for look and feel and quality. Several in store purchases went just well. As there is no store in San Francisco we recently opted for online ordering to buy another one of their bags.The bag came with a visible defect and hence we returned it, with the highly visible, Loewe stickers still attached to it. The UPS pickup option for returns was very convenient and swift.However, their after sale support determined that this defect came from wear and tear - come on, who wears (and tears) the bag with stickers attached to it, which are half the bag's size.So although we are somewhat still fans of Loewe, I will never order online from them again and I cannot recommend others to do so either.Update: Loewe contacted me, re-visited my claim and thankfully offered to exchange the bag. The new bag is flawless as I was used to it from Loewe. My wife loves it and I'm very thankful to Carmen and the team at Loewe. I'm happy to have Loewe back on my shopping list.

This was my first purchase with Loewe.There are no physical Loewe stores in my area so I made this purchase (a beautiful Puzzle bag) online.Natalia was so helpful when I called the Loewe customer service about my order. Shipping was super fast through DHL and my bag is perfect in every way.Thank you Loewe (and Natalia) for making my purchase experience an easy and pleasant one.I will definitely purchase from Loewe again (bad for my wallet haha but good for my wardrobe).
