This was my first purchase with Loewe.There are no physical Loewe stores in my area so I made this purchase (a beautiful Puzzle bag) online.Natalia was so helpful when I called the Loewe customer service about my order. Shipping was super fast through DHL and my bag is perfect in every way.Thank you Loewe (and Natalia) for making my purchase experience an easy and pleasant one.I will definitely purchase from Loewe again (bad for my wallet haha but good for my wardrobe).

Well-packed and quick shipping

Well-packed and quick shipping. I’ve been very happy with my two recent orders from Their bags are beautifully designed and beautifully made. I received my items in pristine condition with tags/cards, protective plastic film where needed, dust bag, and a Loewe box inside the outer shipping box. I was surprised to read the negative reviews. I have not had any issues so far. I have previously ordered Loewe items from department store retailers online but ended up needing to return the items due to that retailer’s selection and handling. There isn’t a Loewe store in the city I live so I’ll continue ordering directly from Loewe’s website and would recommend to others as well.

Loewe is great, but avoid ordering online if at all possible

My wife has been interested in the Loewe Puzzle bag for several years so I purchased one for her birthday from the Loewe online store. Unfortunately the bag came with a scratch on one of the four metal feet at the bottom of the bag (the plastic wrapping that was covering the other three feet was absent on the scratched foot, suggesting the bag may have gotten a bit roughed-up in the warehouse). Frankly it is a fairly minor issue, but since the bag is so expensive and my wife was really, really looking forward to treasuring it and taking super good care of it, this scratch was very disappointing to her. So we decided to return it.I contacted Loewe about this issue and they immediately helped me mail the return through DHL. Unfortunately the bag needed some additional customs information that Loewe didn't provide in the return shipping label, so the bag was returned to me.Update: after getting in contact with another Loewe customer service person, they were able to handle the return shipping and it successfully made it through customs. While the whole experience was not ideal (I would have preferred to receive a perfect bag off the bat), I do have confidence in Loewe customer service and in their commitment to standing by their products. I will be purchasing another Loewe puzzle bag - it is a really outstanding bag - but my next purchase will be made in-store to ensure that I can inspect my bag in person before purchasing. Nevertheless, I am very grateful that Loewe is willing to work with customers who are not 100% satisfied with their purchases, and it makes me feel confident that I can trust Loewe to guarantee their products meet the highest standards of quality. Ordering online

We love/d the Loewe brand for look and feel and quality. Several in store purchases went just well. As there is no store in San Francisco we recently opted for online ordering to buy another one of their bags.The bag came with a visible defect and hence we returned it, with the highly visible, Loewe stickers still attached to it. The UPS pickup option for returns was very convenient and swift.However, their after sale support determined that this defect came from wear and tear - come on, who wears (and tears) the bag with stickers attached to it, which are half the bag's size.So although we are somewhat still fans of Loewe, I will never order online from them again and I cannot recommend others to do so either.Update: Loewe contacted me, re-visited my claim and thankfully offered to exchange the bag. The new bag is flawless as I was used to it from Loewe. My wife loves it and I'm very thankful to Carmen and the team at Loewe. I'm happy to have Loewe back on my shopping list.

It took only two days for the parcel to be delivered from Spain to Malaysia, well done! I have ordered an Inlay Basket bag in palm leaf and calfskin for my wife's birthday. I am so happy when I saw it is available in stock and managed to put in order and paid and get the confirmation of order. However the next day I received an email stated that my order has been cancelled out of sudden and without any reason. This is so disappointing. After half an hour, I received another email telling me that the Inlay bag is now in stock and I clicked into the website and then I put in another new order. I managed to do that and paid. After one day, I received another email saying that my second order has been cancelled again. So what is the use of this online platform when they can simply cancel your order even after you paid. I suspect the bag is in stock but taken out quietly by their own staff and then cancel the order. If not, why am I getting the "In stock" notification but after I put in order and PAID it becomes cancel and out of stock? I will not order again from this website as this is useless and their customer service is poor. Wish your company all the best!

I’ve used this website a few times this last year. My overall experience is very good. Shipping from the store in Madrid is very fast, and usually the bags is delivered to my address in norway within two or three days. I’m pleased with the quality of the bags and service so far.

UPDATED: Great service from headquarter Customer Service, but need improvement on the logistics

UPDATED:Customer Service from headquarter reached out to me and apologized personally. Refund was immediately executed. They promise on improving on the logistics side. I really appreciate their attentiveness to my complaints.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~After reading the previous reviews, I realized I wasn't the only unlucky one who had the same issue with their Loewe x Totoro collection. I also 'won' the early access to the collection and was able to successfully complete an online order on Jan 7. They charged my credit card right away and provided no additional information until a week later, blaming the Madrid snowstorm. Ok fine, reason good enough. I patiently waited for another week and finally emailed customer service because I see from social medias that lots of people have already received their long-waited items. Loewe assured me to expedite the shipment. No news for another week, I contacted them again. They say they are still checking. Finally, today, they informed me they have to cancel my order. Why was there no updates all this time? Why couldn't they check whether they could even fulfill the order before charging the card (like LV would do). Have they told me the item was out of stock, I would have purchase the other options from the collection. But now it is too late. Was the item really out of stock 15 minutes after the PRE-LAUNCH time? I don't think I can trust this 'luxury' company with this kind of experience ever again.

I really appreciate it. I received the confirmation of refund and notice of my refund on the next day. It might be a tough time for anyone of us, so I am still satisfied with the service and help. Thank you.***************************************************************I bought a pair of shoes from LOEWE online which was 275 euro. When I received it, there was a huge scratch on it. I immediately applied for a return. My return package was delivered on 23 December 2020, it has been over ONE MONTH that I still have not received my refund! I sent the customer service may emails, all I got was "we are trying to do it, please wait", some words like these. I do not understand why this company treat their customers like this, and what would cost so long to process the refund.
