All ways good service and customer service

Ordered some Puma Rider Play On trainers Sunday. Price checked 1st and Harvey Nicks are the same price plus free delivery. As my bank were also offering a % cashback it made it a really good deal.Monday at 10:15am my trainers have arrived! In this very uncertain time and with the amount of delays going on I'm amazed that my goods are here. Well done Harvey Nicks and well done to Rick my DPD driver

Amazing experience. Ordered and received within just a couple of days. Packaging was beautiful as was my bag. I thought ordering from another country would be a hassle but not at all. Thank you so much for the gorgeous tote.

Bought a product that i thought i wanted. on arrival it looked awful, so sent it back the next day. received the refund less than a week later. Would use the company again. Only exchanged minimal messages with customer services, but they didnt seem to be anywhere near as bad as what i read on here.

Generally speaking i like HN, but for personal in-store experience, I much prefer Liberty (with its wonderful customer service) or Harrods (for its range and amazing loyalty program). It is online service that I wanted to comment on, this is not the first time, and this last order yet another example, that they literally just throw things into the bag everything is presented in such poor state. No tissue paper, no protection for the garments, everything gets trampled, it is like they really don't care. Any returns at the customer service desk (besides the wonderful black girl with large eye lashes, she is terrific) is so so poor, these pained expressions, abrupt, disinterested faces, the only good addition of late is one young tallish boy, but one can tell is is so poorly trained, so he is painfully slow, queus form, it all takes forever. Pictures, and ordered goods, often do not correspond to what one orders, I ordered one suitcase, it showed as expandable, when i get home, no such thing, back I drag it again. HN excuse, they are not our goods, they are from third party vendors, same with some boots, and other orders. Seriously, HN, you should then indicate if it is third party goods when we buy from you online, so that we know that you do not take personal responsibility for those specific items. I could say I am a loyal customer, but of late, besides the top floor, some occasional cosmetics and bits and bobs, I stopped shopping at HN as much as before because truly their online service, leave alone rather standoffish and snooty in store customer service has gone down the gurgler last few years. Online they simply cannot compete with level of service and quality of goods of mytheresa, net-a-porter, or farfetch, and seems they don't even try. Shame, really, as it is such an iconic London institution. Off to Harrods or Liberty I go then.

Cancelled my order from Harrods after reading over 100 bad reviews and ordered the same jumper from Harvey Nichols, cheaper and came within 2 days!! Amazing service and came in recyclable packaging.

I went to the Fenty Beauty counter to colour match myself and Zoe was amazing! She helped me without me even having to ask, matched my shade perfectly and showed me in different lights, she also done a full face which enticed me to buy all the products she used! The best customer service I’ve received at a beauty counter in a long time!

I want to post this review as I feel some people do not get recognised for what they do to help the paying public. I have recently lost my mum to Covid and was and still in a sad place but I had purchased a pair of exspensive shoes from Harvey Nichols back in March and due to this unexpected moment the shoes I had purchased were to big for me and now expired the return date ☹️.. I then contacted Harvey Nichols customer service and spoke to a lady called Amy and explained my situation Amy was very empathetic of my sadness and went over and above to help me she was calm and kind in her words with me and managed to resolve my dilemma this was all resolved in a week and I just feel Amy should be recognised for her patience and fantastic service thank you

They cancelled my first order because their stock was not updated. I have ordered a designer bag and they did not sent me the bag cloth. Also the package looked damaged.The customer service was not emphatic and did.not help.
